Very polite and great customer service. They seem very transparent with their answers and indicated that the veggies/spices, etc. were organic and meat is natural but not certified organic. Thank you and you will be missed 🙏♥️

Consistently good. I have been stopping here every time I am in DC since they were at the old location.

Came here with my family, we were walking in the area and stopped in, the owner is a wonderful and very kind person! We were greeted warmly and kindly. Beautiful decor inside and calm atmosphere…We ordered Drunken Noodles, Mongolian beef and Moo Goo Chicken and they were SOOOOOOOOO good!!!! Amazing amazing and perfect and SO SO SO fresh. Best food I had in a while:)

Dietary restrictions: Accommodated to my shrimp allergy. Tons of veggie and even tofu options!

Awful and greasy. This place was very unclean

Looking for high quality Chinese food in DC is becoming a dismal joke. They dare to plant “organic” in the name as a lure for all of us who might buy in. ?The food was all underwhelming, but the shrimp and broccoli in particular was disturbing with a smell and after taste that led to abandonment. I hadn’t eaten here in years and I won’t be back.

I love Chinese food, but I wanted high-quality and “clean” ingredients. Mr. Chen’s did just that. First and foremost I was greeted with a smile upon entry. I ordered spicy Hunan Chicken and vegetable spring rolls and both items were 20/10! The food was made from scratch and the packaging was even noticeable. I can’t wait to be back! ❤️

After waiting over an hr. and a half for my delivery order to arrive, I found a bug in my chicken lo-mein which was beyond disgusting. Still waiting on my refund. Order at your own risk.

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken lunch special for carryout and it was perfect. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked and my order was ready on time. I recommend carryout over delivery.

The place was incredibly disappointing. Went for dinner. Ordered orange chicken. It was significantly worse than Panda Express, at 25 bucks when taking into account tip. The drinking water tasted tainted. The rice was not fresh. The chicken was clearly twice cooked and was both over cooked, and under seasoned. It had plenty of sauce and it had a decent crust, but the sauce did not have enough salt and the meat was dry.

I was in town for a conference, ordered from Grubhub. The estimated delivery time was about an hour, which was longer than other Chinese places in the same delivery range and their prices are also higher, but I gave them a try anyway since they had decent reviews and claimed to be organic. After an hour and a half, the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called but nobody picked up. I tried messaging them on google and Yelp but no response. I never got my order and am still trying to get a refund.

Wow. Where do I start? After three tries, I can conclusively say this place is horrible. The use of the word 'Organic' in the title is a mockery itself. The food is stale, tough, and unappetizing.

I was in town for a business trip and staying at a nearby Omni Shoreham hotel. I ordered delivery from an app which estimated the delivery time to be about an hour. I waited for about an hour and a half, still no food, so I called the restaurant but nobody picked up. I also tried messaging them on Yelp and Google Business. The food finally arrived after 2 hours and it was missing an entree. The Crispy Beef was over cooked and hardly edible. The crispy eggplant was not crispy, in fact it was soggy and overly sweet.

I ordered from them directly and they charged me prices that were different from what was listed on their website. When I asked them about this, they said that they charge based on the prices on the delivery apps. How am I supposed to verify their pricing if it varies from site to site, they seem to be misleading the customer.
