I love Chinese food, but I wanted high-quality and “clean” ingredients. Mr. Chen’s did just that. First and foremost I was greeted with a smile upon entry. I ordered spicy Hunan Chicken and vegetable spring rolls and both items were 20/10! The food was made from scratch and the packaging was even noticeable. I can’t wait to be back! ❤️

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken lunch special for carryout and it was perfect. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked and my order was ready on time. I recommend carryout over delivery.

The place was incredibly disappointing. Went for dinner. Ordered orange chicken. It was significantly worse than Panda Express, at 25 bucks when taking into account tip. The drinking water tasted tainted. The rice was not fresh. The chicken was clearly twice cooked and was both over cooked, and under seasoned. It had plenty of sauce and it had a decent crust, but the sauce did not have enough salt and the meat was dry.

I was in town for a conference, ordered from Grubhub. The estimated delivery time was about an hour, which was longer than other Chinese places in the same delivery range and their prices are also higher, but I gave them a try anyway since they had decent reviews and claimed to be organic. After an hour and a half, the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called but nobody picked up. I tried messaging them on google and Yelp but no response. I never got my order and am still trying to get a refund.

Wow. Where do I start? After three tries, I can conclusively say this place is horrible. The use of the word 'Organic' in the title is a mockery itself. The food is stale, tough, and unappetizing.

I was in town for a business trip and staying at a nearby Omni Shoreham hotel. I ordered delivery from an app which estimated the delivery time to be about an hour. I waited for about an hour and a half, still no food, so I called the restaurant but nobody picked up. I also tried messaging them on Yelp and Google Business. The food finally arrived after 2 hours and it was missing an entree. The Crispy Beef was over cooked and hardly edible. The crispy eggplant was not crispy, in fact it was soggy and overly sweet.

I ordered from them directly and they charged me prices that were different from what was listed on their website. When I asked them about this, they said that they charge based on the prices on the delivery apps. How am I supposed to verify their pricing if it varies from site to site, they seem to be misleading the customer.
I ordered delivery from an app. I ordered beef with broccoli but got chicken instead. The pieces of broccoli weren’t very fresh, they were brown and soggy. I also got the shrimp tempura which was greasy and heavily breaded, I thought it would be fried in panko crust like at other Asian restaurant. I also asked for disposable utensils but they forgot that too. An overall underwhelming and disappointing experience.

I ordered delivery from a 3rd party app which took close to 1.5 hours to arrive even though they said it would take 45 minutes. The Szechuan dishes, like the Szechuan string beans and Szechuan chicken that I ordered, weren’t really Szechuan-style spicy. The chicken was also kinda tough and overcooked. I guess it’s more Americanized Chinese food. I was looking for something more authentic and found the experience disappointing to say the least. My partner liked her shrimp lo-mein and hot and sour soup so maybe just stick to the basics. The shrimp was fresh and plentiful. The hot and sour soup was rich and well-flavored.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options on the menu.

I ordered delivery while I was babysitting a friend’s baby. When I get delivery, usually they come up to my apartment, this has been the norm for other restaurants I’ve ordered from. To my surprise, the delivery guy told me to come downstairs. I told him that I wasn’t able to and he hung up abruptly. This was very rude and unexpected. I finally went downstairs to the lobby to check after my friend came home but there was no food to be found. I’m still waiting on a refund.
