Good deal, I keep coming back, but if I have the time I prefer to walk a few extra block to Yafa Grill.

Love this place, except I'm heartbroken that they got rid of the amba sauce and changed the harissa recipe which is not as good or spicy anymore. Heartbroken.

Great lunch. Fast in fast out. After 20 meals, never sick, which should be obvious but isn't for other midtown lunch joints.

Typical Mediterranean food bowl at a reasonable price.

Excellent falafel! I've had Naf Naf in other areas and wanted to take the family to try it while visiting DC. We got to this location a few minutes before they were scheduled to close. The staff were great since they could easily have said "we're closed" or "we are out of falafel". But, No, they were very welcoming and promptly made and cooked some fresh falafel for us. They were very patient with our order late in the day. I wanted to acknowledge Ashley. She could easily have tried to star cleaning up to close up and go home after a long day, but she had patience with my kids asking about the different sauces and their orders. Great job by Ashley and the rest of the team. We will be back.

Very good falafel, crispy and juicy, even though not freshly fried. I got the 2 proteins platter with chicken and falafel. The chicken was meh, not bad but not great either. Imo skip the meats and get the falafel here. The basmati rice pilaf was cooked just right, well seasoned and delicious. Their harissa is also very tasty. Will definitely come back here.

This is a small fast casual chain serving Middle Eastern cuisine like Chipotle does with Mexican cuisine. Good lunch spot for downtown DC and Farragut square. I have the app which frequently offers freebies and discounts, but quite often I find it difficult to redeem because of the limited weekday hours (closes at 5:00 PM) and no weekend service. The closest restaurant to DC would be in the Philadelphia area, reportedly the shop in Christiana, Delaware has evening and weekend hours. It would be nice if the corporation would consider opening more stores in the DMV.
Nag Nag has become my workplaces go to for catering lunches. They have food for a variety of diets including vegans. And their pita bread is so fluffy and yummy!

Excellent falafel! Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside just like falafel should be! Delicious!

Naf Naf is one of my favorite downtown lunch spots. The service is quick and the food is good, albeit a bit high in sodium content. Personally I think Naf Naf has better sides than Roti and Cava, but roti has better sauces and hummus and Cava has better meat. For $10 you get a sizable bowl with your choice of base (rice, couscous, pita sandwich, or salad), protein, veggies, and sauces. Pitas are included in every meal which is a nice touch. It's also worth noting that Naf Naf app has a decent rewards program (basically buy ten get one free like sweetgreen, chopt, etc) and has a few giveaways.

4.5 stars Counter service set up, very fast and efficient. You can see everything before it gets composed on your plate, similar to a chipotle. I mainly eat veggies so I opted for the falafel bowl. I didn't love how the bottom of the bowl was the Hummus and Baba Ganoush with everything piled on top. I would preferred if all was side by side for easier accessibility as I had to dig out some items to be able to run the pita through those items. Overall the food was very fresh and really delicious. I got the harissa was added a nice spice and also some tabbouli, cause I love it so why not. The pita was very soft and pillowy. Additionally I got the side and a drink and went with the lentils. The lentils were just ok, not too much flavor but they were far from bad and I definitely ate every bite. If I lived or worked close I would come here often. For around $13 it was a good sized portion and came with the beverage of my choice. Had I drank water and got no side it would have been under $10 which is a very good deal in my opinion especially given its location in DC.
