I arrived @ 12:39p on a Labor Day Monday. The restaurant was clean. I already had an idea of what I wanted because I had looked at the online menu. One of my choices was a side of mixed olives, which was out of stock. A little disappointed, but an extra slice of carrot cake helped to satisfy. While ordering, a large pair of dirty work shoes are on the restaurant side of the floor in front of the cashier’s/ ordering area. That did not appear professional nor sanitary. The owner of the shoes was cooking in sock & flip flops. No gloves on his hands while cooking. I sat in an area that had an unattended plastic cup of ice on a ledge. I got the impression that the staff were just setting up. I spent $47.00. I don’t know if I would return to that particular location again.

I had eaten at a Nandos restaurant for the first time two months ago, different location, and I was very impressed with the courtesy,the atmosphere, the vibe and the food was amazing. This location was none of the above. The Service, horrible the atmosphere dirty, the music was too loud, and the food wasn’t even lukewarm Horrible experience! My wife asked for a refund she ordered a bowl, she asked for a refund because the rice was out of the refrigerator cold. She asked for a refund and the cashier was very rude and reluctant. I was looking forward to enjoying a meal at Nandos but I was very disappointed.

Food is typical Nandos. Tasty and well grilled. Not quite as good as UK but standard. Service we only ok. Restaurant was advertised as being open to 9pm but they started turning people away at 8pm saying they were closed??

The most unprofessional establishment EVER. Nando's Peri Peri is for mid chicken, mid atmosphere, and the worst service possible. They hired me, then ghosted me, after telling me they'd call me back in 5 minutes. Even my 8th grade crush didn't do me this dirty. Manager *cough cough Maria* needs to be changed. Were your chin hairs doing all the talking in the interview? I thought Nando's cared about appearances...?? yes I read the handbook too.
