Went there last night. The food arrived about 50 minutes late, which was frustrating. However, the place was quite busy, so it was somewhat understandable. The manager came over, apologized sincerely, and even offered us a free meal coupon for our next visit as a gesture of goodwill. That kind of customer service definitely helped turn the experience around.

Ordered takeout because I had a coupon for a buy one, get one free 1/4 chicken breast plus side. I have to say, I didn't have any high hopes about liking it; however, the chicken was really good and cooked perfectly. And the side selection was very good, though they could use one lower-calorie veg option. Will definitely try it again!
