When I lived in Botswana in 2005 I used to go to Nando's all the time... Then I heard they came to DC and started spreading across US. I was finally able to come to one here and I was not disappointed. Awesome service and great chicken. Definitely recommend

The food was good as always however the service is very disappointing. As someone who works In hospitality, I would not be pleased to find out my staff are not creating an inviting place to eat. None of the staff smile or even speak loud enough for you to hear them. Most of the staff are standing around on their phones and talking loud to each other. When my food was given to me it was handed to me like I was bothering them! Very disappointing

Food was the only thing that was good. Inattentive service, they cared more about socializing rather than paying attention to guests and service. I ordered my meal to dine in and they packaged it to go only to realize 20 minutes later after the food was sitting on the window because a lady in the kitchen saw me waiting. No apologies no nothing. I guess that being on social media while on the clock is the new norm everywhere nowadays.

I have dined in at this specific Nando's several times because I work across the street and just like all of my other visits, they always bring my food to me incomplete. I ordered wings and fries, bought me out my wings 20 minutes after ordering and forgot my fries. I'm starting to think this is an everyday occurrence and I will not be dining here any longer

First time trying, and I absolutely loved it. Every single bite was delicious and I was ready to lick my plate.
Went there last night. The food arrived about 50 minutes late, which was frustrating. However, the place was quite busy, so it was somewhat understandable. The manager came over, apologized sincerely, and even offered us a free meal coupon for our next visit as a gesture of goodwill. That kind of customer service definitely helped turn the experience around.

Food was exquisite. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere was off the chain. I like the sink where you can wash your hands. The sauces were very tasty. The bathrooms were clean. The music was chill. I literally have no complaints. 💯💪🏾
