I like the food at Nando's, it's a reliable place for chicken and tasty sides. I haven't been in a while and am not pleased with the service changes. I had to place my order on my phone which was glitchy, had to do it 3 times before the order went through. The suggested tip amount is 15 -25 percent which is nuts for placing an order from your phone and no water brought to the table. Update - after about 10 minutes someone came to ask how l was doing and l asked for water. There was no water to serve yourself, just some kind of iced tea. Food is still delicious.

Delicious generous portions of grilled chicken and chips (fries). Variety of sauces are all pretty hot but tasty. Try the caesar. No frills table service (food ordered is brought to you). Self-serve soda fountain with real glass.

very rarely give five ★ ☆ ✰ ✮ ✯ but this location deserves it.Ginele deserves a raise!the customer service is exceptional.the staff are attentive, friendly and thoughtful even on busy days.the food is always on point and orders come out quickly.definitely leading the way for nando’s locations in the DMV.

The singular worst dining experience of my life. Have been waiting over an hour (still here) for my food that they apparently forgot about. Then I told them and they’re still taking their sweet time. What a waste of my Friday night! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t even get a cup for water for 50 min.
Came in here around 10 minutes to 9 o'clock me and my wife and was greeted by the lady at the register who was extremely rude and told me only take out as dine in was closed and I told her they don't close till 10 pm and she freaked out I don't no if she was on drugs or intoxicated and she told me to go to a different nandos but this is not acceptable by far the worst nandos in the DMV
