Excellent service! Janelle was very warm and inviting. She checked in on us to make sure we enjoyed our food and service, and made wonderful conversation with us and our five-month old. This kind of customer service, particularly in a fast casual restaurant, has been hard to come by in DC since the start of the pandemic. Nandos and Janelle should keep this up.

Honestly, I did not know what to expect. Came here an hour before they closed and went in blind. But boy did they blow my expectation out of the park. Got their hummus which was great and gave me a generous amount of pita, then had their half chicken which was not only crispy, but juicy as well. This grilled chicken was delicious with their signature sauce. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great as well. Would recommend if your looking to try something new.

First timers here and we had a great experience. The young lady who helped us was sooo very nice and the food was really good as well. I got the rainbow chicken bowl and my husband the wings. We had a quick, satisfying dinner which was exactly what we were looking for.
