The bar was very cute on the outside, so my friends and I decided to walk in. It was cute on the inside with some old school pub decor and a lively vib. However, the bar tender took a while to get our drinks and almost seemed annoyed we were there. About 10 minutes later, we witnessed him storming into the bar and YELLING at a customer. He appeared drunk, or so it seemed, and made a scene at the bar and yelling about people being band from the bar. This was alarming, and we left immediately after. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Pretty generic place tbh. Nothing all that unique or special. Not anything "Irish" about it except the retro Guinness ad on the wall. The staff have attitudes. The fish and chips is good but you only get three small pieces of fish, a few thick-cut french fries, and a cup of sauce. Definitely NOT worth the $16 they charge. I get that everything's overpriced nowadays but there are better places to get ripped off than here. The staff have bad attitudes

An oasis of authentic community heritage in a bar scene that sorely lacks it—Nanny’s has been here for over 30 years, this space has held an Irish bar for 50, and you feel it. And if that wasn’t enough, they’ve got the best onion rings in the city.

Used to love this place but at my latest visit the beer lines tasted dirty, the bar was hot, and the wings looked and tasted like they had been fried last week (and possibly gave me some food poisoning). Bummer.

Nanny’s is my favorite bar in Cleveland Park! It’s a typical Irish pub. The food is pretty good.
