I had the most amazing time at Nero and just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was instantly hooked by the vibe – the atmosphere is seriously top-notch. I started with the Tandoori Pops, which were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Then I had the Truffle Mushroom Pizza, and wow… it was incredible. So fresh, so rich, and the truffle just made it next level. As for the drinks, I couldn’t resist the Espresso Martini – I had one, and it was so good I had to go back for another! Everything from the food to the drinks and the vibe was on point. Can’t wait to go back and do it all over again! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great time and even better food.

I celebrated my birthday at Nero last night and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shoutout to Vik and his team for taking such great care of our group - the drinks and food were delicious and hit the table quickly. The cozy ambiance was exactly the vibe I was searching for. It’s not always easy to find a restaurant that checks all the boxes - great decor/ambiance, great food, great drinks, and amazing service - but Nero has it all and more.

Really cool spot that opened recently. Good HH, and the food looked fairly priced, especially for the area and quality of establishment. Owner introduced himself and offered a tour of all the different rooms. Hope this place takes off, and will be sure to be back!

Fun new speak easy. Small, cozy venue with a great atmosphere, apart from the music that is a little too club-like.
The cocktails have very interesting and long list of ingredients but the flavors are a little limited and there is little consistency, eg I had two Nocciolo, the first good the second bland. Even the Chai Espresso was hard to tell from your garden variety espresso martini.

I am so happy I got the chance to visit this beautiful gem in the heart of DuPont circle! It’s a 3 level experience. The place is so vibey, with a wine bar, restaurant, and a hidden speakeasy! How cool. the food was lovely, and the drinks were amazing. Perfect place for a little date night. I highly recommend trying the chai espresso martini!!!!!!!!

I had a fabulous dinner at Nero DC! From start to finish, the experience was 10/10. . The service was outstanding—our server checked in frequently without ever being intrusive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from and the drinks were phenomenal! The wine bar on the third floor is my favorite bc of the wine dispensary that has an impressive selection of really good wine!
PS: they have a speakeasy downstairs that is a VIBE!
