Never Looked Better

Why this place doesn’t have a higher rating idk ! Me and my partner spent our last night here on our 4 days trip and we couldn’t have ended it better Kent & the lady who was working the bar made us feel like family and coming from NC hospitality is everything! From the moment we walked In to the moment we left which was near closing cause we were having that much of a ball lol it was a pleasant experience. DJ was great . Experience was beyond 5 stars I wish the absolute best for never looked better and I can’t wait to return !

Honestly, this place has looked better. The space was noticeably dirty with worn-out furniture, sticky surfaces, and an overall lack of care that was hard to overlook. The disjointed mix of neon and black lighting created more of a dorm party vibe than the moody speakeasy ambiance you'd expect in Blagden Alley. Cocktails were mediocre at best, with little attention to balance or presentation. It might photograph well for social media, but the in-person experience left a lot to be desired. Definitely not a spot I’d return to.

Great late night spot in the DC area! The drinks were strong and the bartenders were amazing! The DJ created a whole experience for us and played some great hits upon request! If you have family/friends in town and you want to vibe and dance COME HERE!

Not the vibe we were expecting for a speakeasy. It feels like a 90s underground club with neon, teal, and pink. The drinks were fine, the music was loud. It was fun searching for the discreet entrance and I loved the sign over the stairs headed down to the bar.

I was on vacation in DC so I came to this place because it was close to my hotel. I love the atmosphere and the drink. Everything was great. I had a great time in there. I will go back next time I’m in DC.

Cute little hidden bar that you have to find down some back alley! Cool vibe with a DJ then night I visited. Fun drinks with a very friendly bartender. Wasn't over packed at all and the vibe was amazing.

The bar tender added an extra 10$ tip for himself even though he was tipped cashed . They only accept card so they can scam you !!

Had a great time here with friends. The drinks were good. It did get super loud and it was hard to hear once it got later
