After a night out on the town drinking with my boys Reggie, Clyde and Billy Boy our Uber dropped us off at this bar. After having our fill of booze there we needed something salty in our system so we saw this pizza joint in walking distance. The dudes behind the counter were pretty chill and even let us sit for a minute while we was waiting for our pizza. It was around 1 am and they still made it for us which was a plus. Four drunken fools up to no good lol. Thanks for exemplary service and excellent food. we def coming back thats for true :-D

I attached pictures for this. I ordered a small NY Jamaican which is advertised to have grilled shrimp, a large cheese pizza and also order of waffle fries. The driver brought my food and insisted I open the box due to me asking for it to be lightly cooked, I open the box to see my NY Jamaican pizza had no shrimp but chicken. I also mention to the carrier that he didn't bring my fries. I called the store about it only to have The rude "shift manager" Sam yell in my ear several times as if I lack comprehension that they NO LONGER SERVE SHRIMP on pizza, as I said to Sam several times it's still advertised on your website. He yells and tells me that I'm looking at the wrong website as if I didn't place the order online and they didn't receive it and deliver the wrong order to my house. THE NERVE! I spend too much money supporting this business because I enjoyed the service, however It is apparent staff has changed. A young lady by the name of Katie called back but I'm guessing even after seeing for themselves the Ego got in the way of the APOLOGY! I would also like to say although this was my first unpleasant experience with this pizza place, I order so much from here for movie nights with my family I would not have expected such an unprofessional response.

I highly recommend NY Pizza Grill. Excellent customer service. Delicious, freshly baked pizza. I highly recommend cheese pizza. It is a convenient location and the perfect option for the whole family. We will be back soon!

The one slice pizza was large but tasted terrible. Way too much cheese, almost no sauce, and the pepperoni had funky taste to it. Would definitely not recommend their one slice, tasted like it was from heated straight from the freezer.

Service, atmosphere, and food was STUPENDOUS! The food was fresh, there was the smell of fresh baked bread when you walked in. Food came before it was supposed to! I can't wait to go back! I'd give them 20 stars!
We had an amazing family meal here. The smell alone was wonderful. I highly recommend trying it, you will be full and hooked!!! So delicious!!! Can’t wait to go
