I was craving pork fried rice and they did not disappoint. It was made to perfection and the customer service was a 10/10. Only getting my PFR from them!

BEWARE! Absolutely overpriced for really small portions. Got a dinner order of chicken wings & vegetable lo mein...both of which were $16 each. Why tf they had the audacity to cut the chicken wings in half?! You're telling me that I paid $16 for 4 whole wings that was cut in half. On top of which, the vegetable Lo Mein which I again paid $16 for...small ass lunch container, no way near worth the money. Also, almost $4 for a can of soda?!! Steer clear of this place. It's a shame because the lo mein tasted pretty decent tbh

While the food at NeqBigWong was satisfying after a long night of live music, the overall experience was marred by the behavior of other patrons. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed by the unruly and intoxicated crowd, which led to a tense and unpleasant atmosphere.
We narrowly avoided witnessing a physical altercation as we were about to place our order. It's clear that the staff is doing their best to maintain a positive environment, but the disruptive behavior of some customers is creating a challenging work environment.
Despite the negative aspects, the food itself was enjoyable and helped to alleviate some of the frustration. If you're planning a visit, it's advisable to be prepared for potential disruptions and to arrive at a time when the crowd is less rowdy.

Delicious food ?
Really rich
It's a shame that to save wages they had only 1 waitress for all the tables.
We were lucky there were no other customers when we arrived and they managed to serve us well
It was immediately full and they had a hard time serving all the tables.
In my opinion they lose more than they save since there were several annoying tables
Personally, I am used to leaving a 15% tip and the waitress put the 18% tip in the bill. In Mexico, it is illegal or they are subject to a fine since it is prohibited; I think that's why he serves as he wants, he puts the tip into the account anyway.

Beware! I just had to file a claim against the restaurant because they added the tip. This is illegal, and it is highly concerning that the owners do this without caring about the consequences. Do not visit this, please. Unfortunately, they are scammers. Shoutout to American Express, who cares about the customers.

One particular server was highly impatient, disrespectful, and rude. She is an older woman. Once they brought me the check, she stayed behind me to see if I would tip; I wrote 0 because I would leave it in cash. She approached me and told me she was very mad that the bill did not include the tip, and she stayed on my side until I did it. I looked at her and asked her what the problem was, and she left afterward. Obviously, I did not leave any tip, nor will I return. It is a shame the food is decent and authentic.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO START, I WOULD.
First this place has the worst ppl running this business. The servers are extremely impatient, disrespectful and they don’t care about their customers. My husband and I came in asked to be seated and was ignored the entire time. Once we were seated , it took for ever for us to get our order in and then when the order finally came (mind you I told them I was allergic to seafood) they cooked my combination rice with the seafood after I told them I was allergic to seafood.NO SORRY, no refund , NOTHING. I WAS LIVID . NEVER AGAIN

Planned on dim sum but ended up here. It’s been around for about 30 years. It was nostalgia for my bf who used to come here late at night years ago. Wasn’t what we had planned on but everything was so good! Service was very good. Not so much on the atmosphere but we could live with that!

We walked in and waited in line for a table. They straight up ignored us and took all of the people in after us. We ended up getting a table but again they ignored us. Tried to wave them down to vet water and plates but instead they bring all of those to the tables that sat down after we did. We waited 20 minutes for a seat and another 20 for the server to recognize us and take our order. They end up giving themselves and 18% tip. There was no service so definitely don't deserve the tip but was already included. Do not go.

Food was meh. Terrible wait staff. They treat customers terribly. We were rushed out, then they demanded for us to give a higher tip. One of my worst experiences at a restaurant.
