I was in last night and ordered a Lavender hot chocolate, sweet corn/coconut toasted sesame cup, and a cherry bourbon chocolate chunk cup. The cashier was actually the friendliest I have dealt with here, but when I was given the sweet corn/TCS cup, the scooper only said sweet corn, so the cashier asked "and also the TCS?" And I echoed that it was supposed to also have TCS in there. The scooper stares at me for a moment, doesn't say a word, and takes it back, to presumably add the TCS. A minute or two later, she put it back on the counter for me, and I left. The sweet corn was on the top so I assumed she had just added the TCS to the bottom, but I ate the whole thing and it was still only the sweet corn flavor. Very dissapointing for the cost of these scoops that this young lady could not be bothered to fix my order. On top of that, the hot chocolate tasted watered down and I could barely taste any Lavender. I think im done going to nice cream.

Drove across town to try it. They weren’t open despite their posted hours.Be better.

Boooo!!! They're closing today for good. I will miss this place. Other location in VA still around.

The ice cream here is pretty amazing and they have an awesome selection. I recommend giving them a call when you have a chance.

The absolutely most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten. The apple pie tasted more like an apple pie than an apple pie does. Seriously though, the flavors are unmatched from any ice cream place I've eaten from. The workers are always so nice and the service is great. (And great music playlist, passed the vibe check)

Ice cream was really good and it looks like they make it there. One of the better places in DC. Service was slow even though I was the only one there.

Overrated and expensive. The company needs to redo the flavors and stop being so over complex. The serving size is very small for more than $5 a small. Flavors sound amazing but aren’t executed well. The best part was the friendly staff and maybe the first 2 bites of the ice cream then I had myself wondering what I paid so much money for. There is a lot of potential, but needs to cut down on the glam and improve the product.

This was possibly the best ice cream I've ever had. I got the Peachy Keen. It was so creamy and the peach taste was so subtle. Incredible. Also the staff was so nice.

Five stars again; can confirm that it's an excellent experience to eat at Nicecream. The flavors are great, creamy, but not too cold or melty. Prices are decent and match the quality of the scoops. They also give a decent amount. This is my favorite place in DC.

I love the fact that not only do they have ice cream that they make right there on the premises, but they have a case full of pints of their most popular ice creams.

Ice cream is overpriced. Almost 8 dollars for 2 flavors. Each cup tastes different than the last time, and not in a good way. There are many ice cream shops in Adams Morgan that will provide better ice cream at a better price.

I have never been more thoroughly disappointed in an establishment. This place is overpriced and the quality is anything BUT satisfactory. If you find yourself in Adams Morgan and craving ice cream, I recommend walking the opposite direction of this store and spending your money quite literally anywhere else.

My experience is solely based on ordering through UberEats. I ordered a pint of ice cream and brownie. At $9.99 for a pint of ice cream (and $2.49 for a brownie), I expect it to be superior quality and customizable. There were limited flavors to choose from, none of which are customizable, primarily a variation of vanilla and chocolate. Brownie tasted similar to store quality, far from homemade. I suggest warming the brownie at the very least, it might add a little more authenticity. I understand I am most likely paying for local ingredients however, as a consumer, I expect more from a $10 ice cream. I will not be ordering in-person or online again. Price is incredibly high for mediocre ice cream and store-bought brownies.

I ordered online and it said to wait out front and the would bring it out and put it on the table. Fifteen minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready still nothing. And I couldn't go in to ask because there was a line of people that had been waiting over 20 minutes. I gave up and left and will have to do a chargeback through my credit card. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here but guess I should learn my lesson.
