Had the Original Shuko , Garnachas and Horchata. They were very good and my Guatemalan friend declared that they were just like home! Her only comment about the Garnachas was that at home, they were messier and greaser from the street vendors.
I have been to Guatemala before but this was my first time trying a Shuko. I ordered the chorizo. It was messy but tasty. I like it and will return. A little pricey for what you get but I am sure it is not a cheap spot to rent.
Transmetro - Salchicha, rough ground meats, sauce, crispy steamed cabbage, quality bun. Meats weren't particularly flavorful. The cilantro mayo, mustard, ketchup etc were the primary takeaway. Casual convenient food repackaged into the least convenient monstrosity best eaten shamelessly or in the shower.
