I think this may be one of the more overlooked gems in DC. I've dined here 3x, each being a great experience. Although accolade and press worthy, I selfishly like how it's not highly coveted. Aside from wonderful food, the ambience is ideal for conversation, for biz, a celebration, or on a date no matter.
Literally the best family brunch experience ever! Everything from kid-favorite scrambled eggs to dog treats AND doggie bed! On top of all that, the legitimate BEST G&Ts evah! Highly recommend!

Coffee is always good, the breakfast sandwich is unbeatable, the staff are friendly top-to-bottom.
And the venue is just awesome. High-ceiling leftover from the church and a great vibe for a chat or some work.
