I understand it’s Nobu, but at what point do we continue to allow restaurants to play in our faces? Ordered a mezcalita cocktail - when I tell you it was served in a short glass, it wasn’t even full and had a huge chunk of ice in. You’re telling me I’m paying $22 for 1 oz of liquor and 2 oz of juice, if that?! Criminal! Ordered the wagyu tacos, tiny. I mean tiny. There was no way that meat was actually wagyu because it was tough & chewy. Ordered the baked snow crab...

Loveee how fresh their food is. I never really had raw/fresh sushi except for tuna so I’m super glad I chose Nobu. The food was absolutely delicious, the scallop, & the yellowtail jalapeño was so good those were definitely my top favorites and the lychee martini was so good & sweet. The customer service was very warm, knowledgeable and helpful. It very peaceful during lunch not too busy. I look forward to trying more new food☺️

Now let’s be frfr, social media really has overhyped some things. Maybe it’s my California tastebuds, or maybe it’s because I’ve been to some really tasty @noburestaurants …. But DC, do better especially for the price point😩☹️…

Sooo um yeah, I took my mom for their #brunch , so you don’t have to. 🤷🏽‍♀️ maybe Nobu DC will invite us back to redeem themselves.
