I had such a wonderful experience at Norma’s! The customer service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member was warm, attentive, and made me feel so welcome. The food was beyond delicious, so much so that I came back again in the same week! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with such care. This was my first time trying Norma's Breakfast, and it was simply the best breakfast I have had in DC, to date, takeout or otherwise. I ordered Norma’s Platter with turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, and an added side of corned beef hash. The food was cooked fresh and arrived hot and delicious, even after being delivered, via Doordash. I spent under $20 for a very filling, enjoyable meal, without the hassle of having to cook or clean. Need to work on effective communication, My order was ready at 10:08 it took them 25 minutes to give me my food! After they told me it wasn’t ready yet, but it was sitting on the counter the entire time. *The Food is GREAT though!!*
