It was very loud, but the food was delicious! We had a salad, appetizer, pizza and pasta! Everything was delicious!

We had the best experience in great part due to our wonderful server Jeff Alexander. He made excellent suggestions for wine and pasta and made us feel super welcome 🤗 we will be back soon! Thank you.

We had high hopes for dinner with a potential client, decided to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful night and Penn Ave ambiance. Service was sporadic at best. After getting water, we easily sat for 30 minutes before being forced to go inside to ask for someone to provide menus. One of our entrees was wrong but waiter seemed indifferent. Calamari appetizer was ok, salmon entree was solid but neither were particularly special.

Great food and outstanding service make it ideal for families, with kid-friendly options and a relaxed atmosphere. It's also perfect for couples enjoying a date night.

Great service, friendly staff. Were pleased with the food, the meatball appetizer is our favorite. Keep doing what you are doing.

My family and I were visiting DC for spring break and booked a reservation here. I can't say enough about the incredible food and service that we received. Our server was very personable but not overbearing and everything we ordered we would order again. Nice to find a place that offers quality, value and atmosphere these days.

Great food & even better service. Went for lunch with my wife and guest from Italy as a break from sightseeing. Guest had a little box to go that the server suggested we leave at the host stand & pick up later when we finish sightseeing. I was thinking - wow. Way to go !! Once at the host stand the manager was very rude about it. Basically saying North Italy is not a storage facility and we don’t understand. I’m glad the manager is a member of Mensa to make comments on our understanding capabilities. To the point that he walked back on the floor and we saw him talking to servers questioning & reprimanding them who suggested that. What an embarrassment for us as guests and a humiliation for the staff. What kind of image does the Manager project on the establishment and ownership. What a joke.
I’m not naming the server - he was outstanding.

I loved this place! The service was excellent and fast. The waiter who served us was very friendly, the kitchen is open so you can see how the dynamics are. Everything tasted very good, the decoration is exquisite. Highly recommended. 👌

Food was good — I’m celiac and felt safe with the gluten free pizza/pasta (they asked preference vs allergy). Gf forgot her purse and they were very nice about it and let me come in just after closing to pick it up.

Very underwhelming and not worth the price. The lasagna is more like a cheese and noodle dip and should be served as an appetizer not an entree. We ask the server for bread and it was freezing cold when he bought it out. The worst part was that my salmon was still fleshy in the middle. Very disappointed and probably won’t be returning.

We dined in today on a Saturday evening, and Rashad our server was delightful. He introduced the enticing kitchen specials, as well as recommended cocktails of which we both ordered, the dolce vita and the Marco Polo. Strong and savory cocktails!

For our appetizer we started with the beef carpaccio which came with bread and was a light savory starter. For our main course we ordered the spicy meatball pizza, spicy rigatoni vodka, and spicy broccolini! We feasted on everything enjoyed every bite and even had enough to take home with the given portions. We would definitely return, as the service, food, and cocktails were all pleasant.
