Very good service and excellent service. Waiters and staff were very flexible and came with great recommendations for the menu.

The lasagna was not baked it seemed more like a soup with floating noodles globs of cheese and meat. The calamari was coated in an extremely crispy (overcooked) breading and I could not taste the calamari because the breading overpowered it. The salad was drenched in dressing that made the lettuce limp. The only thing that was appetizing was the Tiramisu. The service was acceptable but the waitress when asked details about a dish basically picked up the menu and read the description to me which I had already reviewed.

Meatballs are so good they are my favorite.

I have been to this restaurant several times given it's close to my office and convenient for business lunches and dinners. Last night was actually my second visit this week, but the first time I visited with my family. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The meatball appetizer was cold, Zucca chips were very greasy, my husband's NY steak was cold, the cacio e pepe pizza was stale, however, my son's spicy vodka rigatoni was good and hot. Given the cost of the meal, we expected more. Maybe it was an off night.

The overall experience was very pleasant. The food was good with generous portions. The Italian salad was big enough for two. My main meal, the cavatelli, were very tasty. Service was excellent. The only difficulty was finding parking and there was construction outside of the building.

Really delicious! Definitely recommend!

Food is incredible! White truffle garlic bread was so good and pizza was super delicious.
Definitely recommend to try it if you are in town.

Service is expectedly slow as they are preparing so many orders!

It's nice to see the kitchen as 10+ people are just rushing through it.

Three Doordash drivers waited 10 minutes each for their orders. Three people at the cash register and three in the kitchen were chatting amongst themselves. I specifically observed that the drivers said the orders were ready, but the cashier said they weren't. But the orders were ready. The kitchen employee finished chatting for 10 minutes and brought the orders. All three orders belonged to the three drivers who were waiting. I got my food inside for 12 minutes and didn't wait at all. I don't like the way Doordash/Uber drivers are treated.

North Italia hosted our holiday dinner. Each one of us were blown away! The two servers and managers assured a perfect evening for our team. The food, service, and holiday decor were perfection. A really cool place all around!

Nice ambience for dinning, but seating for 6 at a booths is very cramped. We ordered a large varieties of dishes for the group. Almost all turned out to be either toooo salty or toooo sweet. None of the Americanized Italian dishes are special to pay $25+ per for. Don't think I would go back or recommend to others ...

I been to 3 different North Italia locations around the country. This DC location is my fourth. Safe to say this is the best location I have visited so far. I always get the same thing everywhere I go, the squid ink pasta. At the other locations it’s small and cold or barely warm. At this location they gave it to me hot and decent portion. I am very very happy here. The location is clean and smells very nice. The very large and roomy so someone who’s claustrophobic and has anxiety around people will feel very much comfortable here. The layout is perfect. I’m very happy here.
