This is the kind of place where, if you're short a dollar on your purchase, the proprietor will give you your groceries anyway, trusting you to drop off a buck at a later date. This basement store is tiny and its product selection limited, but its customer service focus cannot be beat, especially by retailers like CVS, just a block away. Do yourself and DC a favor and try to buy it at Oasis first.
