This is actually terrible i came here for a school cruise this is not what was advertised at all…”Buffett” and it was tacos?? Dj is so loud and wont shut up food is terrible was supposed to leave the dock never did because of “wind” while everyone else literally left. Terrible experience would never ever ever come back i want my money back waste of 100$

Our family celebrated a 70th birthday for a family member on the dinner cruise. We all had a wonderful time! They had a good DJ whose misic was all inclusive for all guests on bord as other people were there celebrating other things as well

Out of all our cruises on Hornblower, this one in DC was by far the best. Our bartender, Micheala, went above and beyond to make our drink request of a coffee and Bailey's was fulfilled. She was professional and courteous to customers and staff the entire cruise.The DJ, B-Sharp, had us moving on the dance floor with the rest of the guests. His music made you have to move.The wait staff, Mosish and Lawrence, were excellent as well. We never had to look for anything as they seemed ever present to our needs.Our only sadness was that the cruise was not longer. DEFINITELY recommend.

Wow this was incredible experience and so worth the money! We loved the food, staff and the dancing. We enjoyed seeing the Cherry Blossums, Washington Monument and other fun sites on the cruise. The view and the pictures were so beautiful. I would highly recommend this cruise!

Cruise, DJ and Food was great. They need to work on their customer service when things don't go smoothly serving food. Our table was forgotten when serving the entree. All the tables around ours had finished their meals and were being served dessert. Our tour guide spoke with them twice. When things don't go well someone should be apologizing to the table and maybe offer to refresh our drinks while we waited. Food did eventually come out hot and it was delicious or my rating would be lower.

UPDATE: They were very responsive about my concerns and provided a refund. So I'm grateful that they took responsibility and handled the issue well. These things happen.FOOD POISONING! We had an ok time on the premier dinner cruise but all the food was room temperature so I expect it had been sitting out for awhile. My mom got the chicken with mumbo sauce and she got food poisoning from it. She’s been incredibly sick so that has really ruined our Easter weekend.We did the premier dinner cruise. Fun party vibe but the food was meh and cold. I’ve done the buffet dinner one with an open bar and the food and price was much better.

It’s such an enjoyable experience. The service was impeccable. Everyone there had such great energy. The DJ was great, the dancing was fun. I’d happily go back again!
We paid $60 for my wife and I to take a 45 minute cruise yesterday. The boat left the dock and basically went out a couple of hundred yards, turned around and came back. At one point we must have been going to fast so the captain turned the boat in a circle. The recording they played was old and cycled twice during the cruise. Definitely not worth the money.

Truly a VIP experience, from check in, to the DJ, all staff. Fantastic customer service and a hell of a good time. This lunch cruise was the real deal. The buffet was not your typical buffet fare. Top notch from the moment you step off the dock. Highly recommend!
