Drinks were extremely well made. We loved the cocktail offerings and enjoyed each we were served. Bartenders were great and attentive. We did not have a full meal but we will be back and plan to eat more next time!
Excellent service: quick, quiet and responsive. Beautiful decor and pleasant atmosphere. It was busy, but I did get a seat at the bar within a few minutes. It is expensive (around $30 for a cocktail) but so is everything in DC and at least this was worth the money. The drinks were quite strong. I appreciated the complementary hors d’oeuvres.
Impeccable vibes. The basement, speakeasy feeling cocktail lounge is just so good. The theme here is political cartoons. The cocktails are pricey but delicious and every table comes with a little dish of olives, wasabi peas, and nuts. Not suitable if you have an airborne nut allergy. They dont take reservations so you have to be willing to wait if need-be, but its worth it.
