This used to be one of my favorite spots in DC the pizza is hands down some of the best in town. But after seeing roaches in different areas downstairs on more than one occasion, I had to stop going. Hopefully they get it cleaned up, because the food really is top-tier.
Wowww!!! I bought a chicken sandwich and some salads. Everything was absolutely delicious. The chickpea salad was out of this world!! The person at the counter recommended it while I was checking out and I went back to get it and I’m so glad I did. He was extremely welcoming and nice. It’s a cute little local shop.
The panini they pressed for me out of their fridge display was surprisingly good (I usually don’t think much of pre-made sandwiches). I would very much get another one this week if I didn’t live on the west coast. If/when I want a sandwich or a quiet place to work in the mid day, I will be back! The employees were also very kind and helpful.
