I've been going to Olivia Macaron for a few years now and have never had a bad experience! Olivia Macarons located in Georgetown is a great stop to savor a special sweet treat! With a variety of flavors from Almond Wedding Cake to Chocolate Mint, there is the perfect macaron for every occasion. The macarons themselves are lightly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. It's the perfect blend of flavor matched with a smooth cream-like texture in the middle! The store is extremely photogenic and is constantly changing its decorations. I loved the DC Cherry Blossom theme. Not to mention the colors of each macaron are absolutely stunning! Truly a great gift. The service is speedy, helpful, and always ensures you are satisfied with your purchase. While they are on the pricey side, these are high quality macarons that will leave you craving more. Great variety of flavors. Some are better than others. Certain flavors have a weird aftertaste, but I guess that's from the coloring or artificial flavoring. I'd still go back and stick to the one I liked the most, vanilla, fruity pebbles, Ube, chocolate, and lavender.

Some of the macaroons were crumbly and flaky others were a lot more moist. In their case the strawberry and cream was moist the others crumbled upon bite. This lead me to think that they were left out for long. Overall it wasn't horrible but nothing special.

My husband and I stopped in while walking around Georgetown. The barista was super kind and made a great Latte! She recommended some great flavors and the atmosphere was so cute! There were decorations for the cherry blossoms and the shop looked so cute. The cherry blossom macarons are hand painted and you can see the detail and dedication. We definitely recommend this little spot for a latte and some treats! They even have macarons for Doggos too!

I am a huge fan of macaroons but not these macaroons. I got a variety of flavors and you can barely taste what the flavor was supposed to be and it was just straight sugar. What I was expecting was the flavor to be true to what it should be. Upon arrival, it is a small area for ordering and I felt rush because there was a people behind me and there was not a visible menu to see all the flavors to think about it before it is your turn to over. Was expecting great taste with all the positive reviews but it fell really short for me and it was not as good as other places I've been to like in Toronto.

Was debating between Olivia Macaron, Georgetown cupcakes, and Ladurée. I tried the others but first time here and I have to say as far as customer service goes. This little place is the best with customer service, I felt as if I were home. Carlos and Julia both had a friendly demeanor and with their personalized recommendations, my visit was delightful.The macchiato macaron along with the blueberry cheesecake was by far the best!!! Definitely will be back for more. Keep it up guys!!

Upon walking in, there was a male employee sitting at the table on his phone, didn't think much of it, till he quickly stood up and went behind the counter. Another employee was behind the counter and very nice. She helped describe some flavors for me, which was helpful! The flavors are delicious!! The only issue that I have is the freshness. I didn't eat one till I got home, which was about 5 hours later and it crumbled and cracked on the first bite. I was expecting a soft and airy bite since I had just bought it hours ago. It's only saving grace was the flavor! They are sweet and some flavors do stand out! They had Ube flavor, which was surprising! Rarely see this flavor offered! I would highly suggest only getting the amount of cookies you plan to eat the same day because the next day it was drier, but the flavor still good. I still have plans to eat them all! The shop is cute and was very clean. It was not busy for a busy day in Georgetown! It's a little hidden from the main road and the construction across from the shop doesn't help. If they put a cute sign out closer to the road, it may attract more customers. The bag was also a plain white bag, definitely having a logo on it would help attract attention while walking the main road.
