We stayed across the st so went to Open City diner at least 8 times over a week. Most of the time it was a great experience. The staff was usually nice and the food was great from breakfast to dinner and pizzas.
However on our last day our server Ana was extremely nasty and rude. She messed up our simple coffee order multiple times and gave us major attitude about it. I was really taken back and I hope management is aware of how she poorly represents this establishment.

The place is big, lots of seating options. They have outdoors space which is nice. The staff were nice and friendly. Service is fast.
The food was good. However, we found two hairs in the same dish (veggie omelette). Which made the entire food experience unpleasant and not able to enjoy our food.

Host was helpful getting us a good table to accommodate party of 4 + baby in stroller. We were seated quickly and offered menus and water.
Wait person was very good—- came quickly to get coffee/ beverage order. Came back quickly to take food order. Food arrived fairly quickly. Food runnner was very good. my chorizo scramble could have been warmer....
