I’ve been twice and already can’t wait to come back. Each course is impeccable. I loved their beautiful Shucking Peas dish with kohlrabi and peanuts. I enjoyed being served by at least 5 chefs and servers and sitting at the counter was fun. This is the kind of vegetarian cuisine that wows me with every bite.
The attention to detail and care at Oyster Oyster is unmatched. Servers were very knowledgeable on every course/pairing and each one tasted incredible. The commitment to sustainability is impressive. Highly recommended!
