DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money and drive to an actual PF Chang’s dine in restaurant. My first and last visit here was some of the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. It’s like they don’t even care. Gross.

The food was so sincerely terrible I gagged and then had to spit out multiple bites while attempting to eat the food. The lettuce was slimy, the food seemed reheated from a congealed mass, oil dripped off everything. The memories I have of P.F. Changs will have to sleep on now. I would not recommend creating new ones.

This is a PF Chang’s To Go. NOT a PG Chang’s. Arrived one hour before closing time. The kitchen staff let the doors open, so we were able to walk in, but refused to come outside.

I had a huge order from here last Wednesday. The whole staff complained about their food. I will never order from here again. The Mongolian beef was nasty, the broccoli and beef was nasty, the shrimp fried rice was nasty, ribs were hard and a few items were missing. I will only order from the Arlington location from here on out.

This location is a stain on an otherwise excellent chain. Got carry out here twice: once a year ago - Mongolian Beef that tasted terrible. Thought I’d give em another chance but this experience was even worse. The food was ready about 25 minutes after the pick-up time, staff looked miserable and tired, and the food was mediocre.
There was a 30 minute wait before we got our food.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fried item I ordered was soggy and overly salty, which made it hard to enjoy. The rice was drowning in sauce, overpowering the dish completely. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered was unavailable, but no one informed me until I received my order and noticed it was missing.
The overall atmosphere didn’t help either—the place was noticeably dirty, and it seemed like they were short-staffed, which affected service quality. To top it off, the drink options were very limited. I really wanted to like this place, but the experience left much to be desired.

I went to this restaurant because I know the chain and in general they have amazing food. I entered the place at 19.15 (on 11/11/24) and the girl at the cashier was already looking annoyed. She asked if I had to order or pick up and when I said “I need to order” she rolled back her eyes, left, and going to the kitchen she moved her head back like she did not want to work. A terrible attitude. The way she treated us (and other people that LEFT the store) was unbelievable. Too bad for a chain like this. The food was ok, not to the standards of the chain but ok. Anyways I would NEVER recommend to anyone to go in this particular one.

The worst establishment I’ve ever experienced. The staff is horrible, rude, and pissed off at you for no reason. They need to all be fired or get much more training. The tables are dirty, haven’t been scrubbed. The food is a disaster. It doesn’t take like a P.F. Chang’s at all. Everything is sticky and looks dirty. It’s a disgrace to P.F. Chang’s and the reputable brand we’ve come to love. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money

Sooo I just paid $15 for one order of crab Rangoon and it was dry and nasty. And the sauce on the side tasted like someone mixed in olive juice. What tf is wrong with food prep in this city? Where can a girl go to get satiated?! NOT here.
