Food is all incredibly dry, check the photos. Chicken is way overcooked.

Service was fast and great. Food was mediocre at best. The wonton soup was bland and watered down. The food was just bland and over priced.

The cashier was not friendly and the rice is not fresh. However, the beef with brocoli is good.

I had the mongolian tofu. It was so sweet I think I got instant diabetes. Truthfully it was unbereable. Go somewhere else where they know how to cook.

The staff here are on their phones all day; rude and lazy.
Compared to other P.F. Changs it was underwhelming at best. The Mongolian Beef seem to have a different cut of beef, not as tender, and almost no green scallions mixed in. The Northern Ribs looked like they were deep fried and not slow roasted, they were not juicy and appeared majorly overcooked. Next time I need a P.F. Changs fix I will drive to Tyson’s or Reagan National!

Don’t even bother trying to order any of the 3 sauces or the special sauce from this location. They NEVER include it in orders. Eat anywhere else.

I ordered lomein with veggies & chicken and veggie spring rolls and was disappointed. The Lomein had pieces of breaded fried chicken in it, instead of grilled chicken. Which was the first I’ve ever seen from a Chinese restaurant. I am going to give them one more try and order the kung pow chicken.

Terrible restaurant! They can’t even get my delivery order correct. I ask for brown rice and they give me fried rice. I ask for special sauce and I get none. Do better!

Cheap. They give you a very small portion and they limit the sauce you get. For $30/meal, I expect much more. I’ll go to the cheap Chinese restaurant down the street next time. Sure do hope the manager is getting his bonus!

Do not order from here. I ordered from uber eats and while they had a supplier issue, I was instructed to cancel the order. In doing so, I was charged for an order I never received. But here’s my issue. When uber eats called, they said the manager told them they never instructed anyone to cancel. Just incredible.

Terrible experience. They have no vegetarian options and when they ran out of tofu - they let the delivery driver deliver an incomplete meal and didn't bother to inform anyone. I am so disappointed - I personally worked for PF Changs for a long time and at the time they really prided themselves on service. Not anymore apparently. Be warned, the terrible service is NOT worth the high price of items.

I brought food from P.F. Chang’s on 6/24/2025 and for the first time I was very disappointed. I ordered Sesame Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and Chicken Lo mein, the rice was over cooked and very dry, as well as the noodles. My food was $74.25 and for that price or any price the food should have been good but it wasn’t. I have to think very hard before ordering anything else again.

P.F. Chang’s is a really good spot to eat from I usually order from the VA location decided to try the NorthWest Dc location. It was really good I ordered the beef with broccoli on white rice entree & the Honey Chicken bowl. I would’ve preferred more sauce for the beef with broccoli but the soy sauce helped and the honey chicken was perfect with the white rice and stir fried vegetables. Everything was good and tasty.
