My experience is always somewhat discouraging. I like the bread. Everything is good. The only thing is the cashier and she is the same one who gives the things. She is unpleasant. She swallows the clients well. I witnessed a client accidentally throw the coffee and she made a horrible gesture at him. He apologized and she kept muttering, I think that's not ethical, one should always say okay, we'll clean it up, don't worry. I shouldn't continue serving people.

i just left the store and had the worst experience i waited 40 min for 2 pieces of bread mind you they owe me one from 3 weeks ago when they charged me for 3 and only gave me 2 i was cool about that but today the lady in the front has no respect for people time waited 30!plus min for 2 orejas that came out to 4.50 she tells me in a very annoyed voice the minimum is 5 if i can get something else after i just waited 40 min for 2 breads that’s not how you treat costumers at all just looked at her with disbelief asked her ur really going to be asshole over 50 cents after i waited 30 mins that’s not how u to treat a customer oh yea 3 people left while i was in line because of the wait check the cameras but never coming here again horrible spot don’t know how to treat people after making them wait 30 plus min just to order i’m disappointed because i really did like this spot but never again that lady in the front was horrible i’m one of the owner of mariachi lounge and that was by far the worse costumer service i’ve gotten from any bakery seen another review on here saying the same and it was the same employee they complained about girl with blonde hair need to be fired .
I put four stars on here only because the lady at the cashier today and she was the lady who was there the first time ever went. She’s extremely nice and she always gets me out the way with a smile And in my opinion, provides great customer service compared to that lady who was there yesterday with the blonde hair but in general she gives great customer service

We ordered a cake and it was delicious. They also have sweet everyday. We bought a few pieces and they were great. We will definitely go back. The ladies who run speak Spanish and they were super friendly.

Before, it was a place that I liked to go to, a great job serving especially in the morning, but now that someone else is serving, they give terrible service and everything is forgotten. They sell some very salty bean tamales and then the sour chicken tamales and when you tell them that the tamales are not in good condition, the people who serve them get very angry, before the service was good, the bread and everything and now they They have lowered quality, they should pay more attention to what they sell. The owners should give training to their employees on how to treat their customers. I hope they improve and if not, then close their business and not be selling something that is useless.

The prices are good, but there is no menu and no prices listed anywhere.Two ladies work there, but one doesn't speak any english at all, which is ok, but can be frustrating if she's the only one workingIf you don't speak good Spanish, then you're likely going to get bad customer serviceI've been here at least 6 times just looking for one specific desert. As tasty and good value and that desert was, the inconsistency of desert availability, lack of menu and pricing, and communication issues prevent this bakery from being more highly rated

I've only had the baked goods.....I don't get all the 1 star reviews. Yes the staff don't all speak great english (or in some cases, none at all), but this is a local community bakery that actually sells great stuff at more than affordable prices. I dont get the hate, the value for $$ here is incredible. I always stop in for some cookies/cake/sweet bread, it's hard to spend more than $5!
