The underground was nice but I had to wait for fresh food to be cooked.

It was on point. Nothing different from the usual panda express, It had been a long time that I didn’t have some. I had some good chow mein fried rice ,orange chicken , plus teriyaki chicken . It was delicious and the price was reasonable. I ate my food at the food court peacefully.

Decent food. But Laure was just shockingly rude taking our order. Maybe better not to work in customer service if you don’t want to work in it.
We ordered 8 items and sat down to enjoy them here. I initially declined a bag since we were eating at the tables, but when I realized we had leftovers, I sent one of the kids back in to ask for one. They told her it would cost 10 cents. Thanks for the common courtesy Panda Express — I guess the kids will be carrying their own boxes the rest of the day instead.

I’m giving the food five stars when comparing it to other Panda Express restaurants. The place is immaculate and the employees were joyfully engaging with each other and enjoying each other’s company. They offer a warm greeting to everyone who walks in. My food and experience were as good as you can get from this brand. Well done to the management and the fun team.

Panda Express offers a quick and satisfying take on American Chinese cuisine, with favorites like Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. It's a convenient option for a fast meal, though it may not match the authenticity of traditional Chinese restaurants.
On the last day we were in DC, we basically walked on average about 11 to 12 miles daily, we were extremely tired. This place being right below the hotel, and 1 of 4 other food still open at around 6pm, this seems like the best option at the time.
The food is exactly what anyone ever ate at a PandaExpress would expect, lots of grease, loaded with salt, and when you are hungry and tired, it tasted great. One of my son wanted to be strange or funny and wanted just a bowl of white rice and nothing else. It wasn't on the menu, but they gave it to him. Being Chinese and know how real Chinese food taste like, I would not normally go to a PandaExpress, but it wasn't bad either.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this time was disappointing. My order was completely wrong — I asked for orange chicken and teriyaki insert but received messed it up twice serving the homeless guy first. Hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but definitely not a great experience.

Very nice food and portion sizes. I wish the employees could wear a mask.

The food is great but the service and the speed at which the staff operated is awful. I waited close to 30 minutes for them to cook orange chicken again, and they forgot to give me fortune cookies.
We ordered a family meal.
