I got the orange chicken in a bowl with noodles. The bowl was small, the chicken had little flavor and the noodles too. Also there was no white or brown rice! I dont recommend that place in the food court, there is other places that are better in there.

I love Panda Express but today I experienced the worst service ever! We arrived at 6:30pm, they said there would be no Chow Mein today and there were at least 10 people who would like to eat Chow Mein instead of rice. Two workers who didn't care about the customers at all. They gave everyone a “ I want to go home vibe”. Some customers left, others waited at least 10 minutes for their food. Very bad service and staff at this location.

Delicious food and selections. After lunch, one of the servers greeted me well (from remembering me in line) and I shared my delight in the entire experience.

During busy periods, especially the summer, this Panda Express location has a *serious* problem with line cutting in particular from large groups of teenagers traveling in DC as part of tour groups. I have been in line where literally ten people have cut in front of me, saying they were with the one or two teens already in front of me. The issue with panda express is that this happens right in front of their employees who say and do nothing about it, even when approached by other customers who complain. At the very least they could refuse service to these people or let the others who they cut in front of place their orders first.

When I go into the office in DC, this is the closest quick bite to eat that I can get. You get what they call a plate with 2 proteins and a side for just over $10 before tax. Service is always fast and friendly. Really hard to beat if you are near the plaza.

This place is good but the worker named Jemila Altitude doesn't fit should watch the other employees' very friendly and tasty food.

We were back in our hotel in DC and checked if there was a restaurant open around. Surprisingly most restaurant were closed or about to close. We found that Panda Express was still open for another hour (most restaurant close at 6pm in DC, crazy!) So we headed there and found nice staff, great food and just the kind of place you want to eat something hot before heading to bed. Definitely recommended. The staff are so nice and so helpful. A really nice experience to repeat.
