I could eat American style Chinese food during my luch time after!

Most days I visits here, they are always out of shrimp, today they were out of shrimps, they told me to wait 5mins, I waited nearly 15 mins and no one even noticed that I was still waiting for my food because they got busy, I understand it’s the navy yard and you guys have to focus on navy people, so I won’t be coming back, this is the second time this has happened to me here.

Panda Express is... Predictable. The food is hot and consistent. It is generally tasty and not unreasonably unhealthy. It is, perhaps, the best option if you are eating on the installation and find that you must purchase a meal there.

Food was good. But not a lot of availability at the time. Staff lacked care and enthusiasm for customers and questions.Excepted better on base but bout as the same as if you went off base to it.Also this is only accessible on this military base, so if you do not have the credentials then you out of luck.

The staff is so BOMB. The orange chx looks dry sometimes. The best place to eat on that damn base

Hours of Operation online and hours posted on register show 1330. They were already removing food and closing up shop by 1300.
Always lacking options for those of us who don't eat beef or chicken. There's never any shrimp, and sometimes a girl just wants more than lo mein and veggie spring rolls.
This spot provides superb service as well as yummy menu. One of the best restaurant around town. The food served fast and the rates were reasonable. I recommend this place.
