I usually get the 20z but they always give me the smaller size, delay the order and then ‘redo it’ and it doesn’t taste fresh! Today they did the same, delayed my order by 15 mins and I was already late for a meeting so I didn’t recheck but they then got the order wrong again- no foam or caramel drizzle plus they just poured from the smaller cup to the bigger one lol

The food is good but my order has been marked as ready before it was actually ready multiple times. I've also had issues with ordering from the touchscreens where it says I placed an order but it doesn't go through to the Preparing/Ready screen.

November 2022

The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity...
