I am a foreigner in DC. It was my first time eating at Panera bread. I bought the sandwich with chicken and avocados. Omg, what a delicious taste, very original, super soft and tasty bread. I loved it, it is a unique sandwich style, Staff was also super helpful.

The worst restaurant i come to pick up a uber order they Took a longtime they were saying that the sistem come dowm but no since i come to the restaurant they had the order and all the custumer just let and i had to wait al my self they told me if I didn’t wanna wait, I can cancel the order so that’s fair that I weit more than an hour and she told me the I can leave and cancel the order ever and worst service ever in the in the old lady, bad service

Walked in today for a pick up and the sweet employee there offered me a lemonade because I had been waiting a bit. It is small things like this that will keep loyal customers like me coming back!

Very good food, very good service, nice place, quick service with kindness and smiles. It didn't take them long to serve us. I would only recommend that you tidy up the chairs a little. But I liked it, it was a very good experience.

Panera is a wonderful place I even worked for them in the past and was the delivery team manager but now that your using DoorDash as your drivers for deliveries it has been a unpleasant experience the food can be cold and I’m not far I’m in a 2 mile radius I just can’t go because I’m busy at work the drivers drop the drinks and be on mopeds and don’t speak English they don’t pick up their mess to take back and bring a new one also after leaving a tip you would think but nevertheless things have gone down hill Panera do better from someone who genuinely loves and promote your food.

One of my fav Panera because it has good location. The strawberry charged lemonade is amazing. The space is a little bit smaller than expected but I was just picking up and go so it was fine. The employees were all very nice and respectful.
