I love Panera sandwiched, salads and soups. Walked in to this location. Very clean and pleasant. Eas not addressed when walked in, another customer was not addressed either and simply needed to ask a question about a menu item. Had to interrupt a conversation to get my order in. Then ordered a sandwich which I expressed French baguette and chips.
Unfortunately, I got wheat bread a roll of bread. As I stated, I love sanwiched from Panera. In this situation, it was the food it was the lack of simple attention and making a customer feel valued and heard.
Will more than likely eat Panera again, but just not at this location anymore.

I got a tomato soup and sandwich to go and they literally forgot the sandwich (the actual meal part) and I was already home by the time I figured it out.

Great Staff, Great Sandwiches, Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're cookies have an amazing ability to feel like they're melting in your mouth even though they're room temperature. My only gripe is that they got rid of their pepperoni sandwich. I cried when I learnt that they discontinued it. But they're cookies do make up for any loss I feel

Bestest* in every way. Service is ultra fast. Order taking is ultra fast and easy, modern and transparant. Menu is super affordable, super choices, healty options. You can create your own combos. Salad, soup - god, amazing. Bread is chef’s touch. Thanks to Panera team!👍👍👍🎖️
I am a foreigner in DC. It was my first time eating at Panera bread. I bought the sandwich with chicken and avocados. Omg, what a delicious taste, very original, super soft and tasty bread. I loved it, it is a unique sandwich style, Staff was also super helpful.

The worst restaurant i come to pick up a uber order they Took a longtime they were saying that the sistem come dowm but no since i come to the restaurant they had the order and all the custumer just let and i had to wait al my self they told me if I didn’t wanna wait, I can cancel the order so that’s fair that I weit more than an hour and she told me the I can leave and cancel the order ever and worst service ever in the in the old lady, bad service

Walked in today for a pick up and the sweet employee there offered me a lemonade because I had been waiting a bit. It is small things like this that will keep loyal customers like me coming back!
