The food is great. The customer service is excellent. They are kind and respectful. I come in a couple times a week and they are hustling to get orders out yet still make time to say hi.

It's Saturday morning and they got the outdoors tables n chairs locked up. All the other eateries outdoors tables are unlocked. Smh...guess they don't want people eating outside.

Each time I order a toasted bagel with cream cheese they mark someone checked the order but they never include the cream cheese.

I absolutely LOVE Panera and frequent many locations in the area. This one continues to disappoint me & needs work. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've stopped in for lunch. My chicken salad sandwich barely had meat, and my chicken green goddess half salad was so small for $13. Other locations give you twice as much food! Not to mention I ordered online, and my orders were late.
I can say that the staff is very hardworking, especially during the lunch rush. Maybe they need to hire more people - just a thought.
I was extremely excited to see Panera here at Navy Yard, but I will probably grab my lunch from Potbelly which is consistently fresh & tasty.

My everyday stop for my morning coffee, but recently the relationship between the cups and lids has been a rough one. Not sure what happened, but the lids don't quite fit well on the cups. Hard to justify the Sip Club when my day starts with frustration and spills.

It is really hard to rate this Panera and Panera overall.
This Panera has some of the hardest workers I have seen in fast food. With over 30 people waiting for their orders during lunch time, three employees did not stop working hard the entire time! It is hard to see that dedication and effort be rewarded in a place like Panera!
However, the food (not to the fault of the staff) is over priced and over salted. Every time I get food from them, I spend more that $18 to receive a sandwich that I regret buying and later eating.
The lobby is small and will feel very crowded with more than 12 people standing in it.

This Panera has been a lifesaver with return to office. There aren’t many places on my commute route that are open and able to prepare lunch items at 7am. If I haven’t had time to pack lunch I’ll place an order as I’m leaving the house and it’s ready to grab by the time I get there. I just wish they had more/better vegetarian options.

Regularly get my ice coffee here. I love that everything is laid out already and you make it the way you want. Nice, tidy and clean. Don't mind spending extra here.

This location just opened, but they are consistently out of important ingredients (they haven't had croissants in about 2 months, and I attempted to place an online order this morning but all of their bagels are out of stock).

Love being part of the unlimited sip club at this location, service is always fast with a lot of communication orders and if there are any delays. Food and the pasties are always delicious, I love how efficient it is to order and how quick service is. The place itself is always clean and condiments, utensils, and everything else I need is stocked on the counters.

This is a nice Panera Bread location for those on n foot. The Navy Yard is notorious bad for parking. This is a relatively new location. The dine-in space is pretty small. The staff is great and seem happy to serve you while smiling.

Customer service here is amazing! I've visited three times since they opened, and each time has been a great experience. The first time, I had an issue with the rewards program and called customer service—they resolved it quickly. On my most recent visit, there was a mix-up with my order, but the staff was so pleasant and helpful (as was the call team). It’s refreshing to leave a positive review, especially since finding kindness in the Navy Yard area’s service industry can be tough. One of the workers even went the extra mile and cut open my order to make sure it was perfect!

So far everything is great service is on point and they are friendly the space is also clean. I hope it stays like this because its a great addition to the neighborhood
