Panera Bread Reviews
I love Delicious sandwiches.
Not happy with my order! Uncooked bacon on my sandwich?!!!
Ordered a lentil bowl and a large mac and cheese. Both were only half way filled and food was cold!!!! I've ordered from there before it was fine NOT sure what happened today. If I pay the price for the food I expect the portion I ordered and the food to be at least warm!

Panera Bread offers a delightful dining experience with its convenient location, friendly and efficient staff, and tasty menu options. Customers praise the helpful and patient cashiers who guide them through the diverse sandwich choices. The chicken tortellini, mac and cheese, and bakery items like the pumpkin muffin and frosted brownie receive high marks for their deliciousness. The cozy and inviting atmosphere is perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxing break.
While the overall experience is positive, there have been a few instances of minor hiccups. However, the manager and her team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The assistant manager and staff are commended for their excellent service.
The catered orders also receive positive reviews, with the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT, Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, and Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich receiving favorable mentions. The classic grilled cheese with tomato soup and the chipotle chicken sandwich are also favorites. The squash soup, Mexican corn soup, and French onion soup are all delicious, and the kitchen sink cookie is a must-try.
