Lady and one of the kitchen staff had an attitude problem with me and how I was ordering my food.. I have a speech disorder and they made fun of me for 5mins while I was ordering.. I was the only brown person in there and the whole atmosphere was kinda unwelcoming.. Would not be coming back here again until they get some black people in there or something

I was served a spoiled parfait yogurt that had turned into liquid. The customer service was bland the team manager Maze was not apologetic and didn't event make eye contact. Very unpleasant and didn't care that the item had gone bad. I usually take out here but this will be my last time.
Eve was very rude for no reason she looks like she was having a rough morning but that doesn’t mean you take it out on a customer. I asked her for an everything bagel with cream cheese it was $1.89. I asked her to add turkey she said it’s $11 I said I’m sorry the numbers do not make sense to me, she says no it makes sense. This is Panera and that’s how it works. There’s no reason for her to be that way especially early in the morning everyone’s rushing everyone starting their day she doesn’t need to ruin someone else’s day.
