We were being polite when we asked to buy a coffee to use the restroom. They informed us that they only had a medium coffee and not the small one. Myself and wife thought to share and asked for an additional empty cup. However, the staff’s behavior was incredibly rude. It wasn’t that they couldn’t provide the small coffee, it was their attitude and arrogance that truly bothered me. There was a lady who was trying her best to help us, but the store manager was the one who was rude!

The guy at the cashier was so nice and helpful, I was there last night around 8PM and I made my order and walked outside to wait, the guy came out giving me my order right outside, even thou this location don’t have curbside pickups or anything.

We stopped here about 30 mins before close with two toddlers desperate for a quick and easy dinner option after a long day of exploring the city. Their team was absolutely incredible! They were kind and patient with us. They went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience, and I truly could not be more grateful. The food was delicious and we even got some snacks to go. The cookies are AMAZING. Denis is an absolute all star and deserves recognition for how amazing he is at his job. He made us feel valued, welcome, and truly went above the call to take care of our family. Thank you, Denis!!!
