This place is my breakfast every Thursday, the guys at the cash register are always very friendly and welcome from the door, which makes me feel very comfortable and very well received, thank you very much.

Sloppy employees talking to each other but can’t make a proper simple sandwich. I was served a very cold sandwich …bread, chicken, tomatoes, everything was so cold I couldn’t take a second bite. Also, the chickens must be on strike because it was hard to find any on my sandwich. When I complain, they were rude.

Itsy bitsy teeny weeny shrinky inflation. I bought toasted cheese sandwich. At first I was surprised at the small size. The I looked at the chip bag….1 ounce. Definitely shrink inflation going on here. Not going to address the quality since the price doesn’t reflect the size. I also bought bagels and a teensy tub of cream cheese. See price of small cream cheese tub in photo. My photos are attached. NOTE:: this is a door dashery depot. I was jockeying in the line for all the door dashers picking for offices. If you are a walk in you will be competing against DASHERY. Staff were working hard to fill orders so they get all the stars and a few more. But I’m not giving this Dashery corporation any stars.

If you’re looking for a quick, healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner look no farther than Panera Bread. This store has you covered from A-Z. They have the freshest ingredients, the hottest coffee and the sweetest cookies. I placed my order online via the Panera app, and within minutes while I walked to their restaurant, my order was sent and waiting on me to pick it up. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the restaurant was clean. Bathroom was also cleaned and well stocked. This restaurant is conveniently located across the street from a Hampton Inn hotel, and parking garage. The is a very nice, shaded park nearby if you would like to eat outside. If you happen to find yourself downtown Washington, DC and your stomach is growling please give Panera Bread a try, you will not regret it. Enjoy!
Helpful and can-do staff. Some oversights/errors in orders. The person who seemed like a manager on Sunday seemed exasperated and to have an annoyance with the entire situation, slumping onto the kiosk, glaring over the counter with an arm hanging over the top. This person also commanded people to leave with some air of annoyance at closing time, an annoyance that seemed incommensurate given that this was the first, not the nth, reminder.

I recently visited this Panera Bread location and had a disappointing experience with the cashier. She was rude and displayed a negative attitude throughout our interaction. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer. I hope the management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.
