The times they quote for your order to be ready are accurate, and the employees are nice; however the order is almost never done correctly. The first time I tried to give grace; after the 3rd incorrect order I realized the joke was on me. I have stopped going to this location.

Stood here waiting for 6 bagels for 15 mins. Three people who came in after me, were served before I was. This young guy stood here putting away cookies instead of grabbing the order. The bathroom was DISGUSTINGGGG! Like i felt dirty just going in to wash my hands—would def not have used it even if it was an emergency.

Barley anywhere to sit!! Super crowded, restrooms are locked. Food was not the best. I ordered for dine in and my food and cup were thrown in a to go bag. It's like they don't want you to eat inside.

I come to this Panera almost weekday, so I already had my order ready when I walked in. I like to wash my hands before grabbing my food. When I first came in and asked the assistant manager, Leslie, if I could use the bathroom, the way she looked at me said it all — like she judged me just off my appearance (when in reality I work every day). Then she hit me with, “you gotta be a customer.” I told her I am a customer and even gave her my order info, but she still made it complicated for no reason.

When I finally went to the bathroom, it was nasty. Trash all over the place, floor dirty — just straight up filthy. I couldn’t even use it. When I informed Leslie about the condition of the bathroom, she already knew. And it made me think — if you knew the bathroom was in that state, why would you allow me to use it in the first place? That felt like a total lack of care for both the customers and the store itself.

Then when I went to grab my food, they didn’t even have my full order. Ended up having to take substitutions for everything.

For a spot I come to daily, this whole experience honestly felt disrespectful and hurtful. The assistant manager Leslie didn’t just mishandle the situation — she made me feel like my loyalty as a regular customer didn’t matter at all. That said, I do want to give credit to the cooks and the gentleman who tried to alleviate the situation — I appreciate you.

Probably the worst chicken bacon ranch I had from Panera bread with the juice they had made me rush out of store due to disrespect petty music about men when men entered they couldn't agree anymore than I what I said leaving

This is a very nice Panera bread my second favorite Panera in city second only to the Tenleytown one . Right near the Metro center 13 the st D exit. Friendly service and excellent customer service but sometimes the homeless takeover the restrooms and I waited an hour for a bathroom and finally walked down to McDonald's. They should have some way of enforcing time limits on resources like bathrooms no more than 10 mins. other than that it is a excellent Panera.

I’ve noticed a consistent issue at this Panera location that’s honestly disappointing. I often pay extra for double portion. Whether it’s extra chicken, cheese, or dressing keepin mind, I order the same thing each time, a Caesar salad . It seems that whenever I use one of Panera’s own promotional offers or discount codes, the portions seem noticeably smaller. It’s almost like they make up for the discount by shortchanging the order.

This isn’t a one-time mistake. It’s happened multiple times, and at this point, it feels intentional. If you’re going to offer discounts as a company, customers shouldn’t be penalized for using them. I’m paying for extra, and I expect to receive what I paid for discount or not.

Panera, I love your food and convenience, but this practice feels shady. Please do better.

A very bad place… we were given days old bagels and bread. The toilets were very smelly that you couldn't stand outside when the door was open. They were extremely dirty. When we ordered, our selection was to eat in but the food was given bagged. Try to avoid this place as much as possible or else you will not be able to make up your mind to goto another Panera ever again! Even one star is too much.

Stay away. This is the worst experience I have had as a loyal customer of Panera Bread.

They served us expired bread and packed all our food for takeout, even though we ordered to dine in. Also, they gave us a different item than what we ordered.

While I was waiting, another customer was complaining about her drink not containing any strawberries. I'm sure it wasn't the first time she had ordered it, just like us.
