Panera over the years has been declining, they can never keep their menu items in stock, especially this location. Good luck trying to get their signature Chicken Frontega sandwich or French onion soup. The service here is very sub-par, although, it is a very small space. I typically order online but they are constantly out of items and their new offerings have been big misses and seem more like their grasping for straws at what to do or offer. For example, their lobster roll was simply embarrassing and was a huge miss, then they introduced a very sub-par chicken sandwich. I think this will be the next major restaurant to go out of business and possibly good riddance.

In my perspective, they've redeemed themselves from the last time I was here (About 2 years ago) I came around 7pm and didn't expect the food to be that good considering the fact that it's around closing time but ALL THE PASTRIES WERE FRESH, MY BREAD WAS WARM AND THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS GREAT‼Will be back

I’ve been to this location twice now for coffee. Employees are much nicer than at most counter service places at DC — the “Panera touch” is there. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a city Panera.Both times, I customized my drink to be less sweet and that customization was not performed either time. But they remade the drink quickly and were very nice about it. Just make sure you take a sip of your drink before leaving!

If you like homeless people to come and scream, and smell these people while you eat, this is your place. The employees are so efficient that they don't care what happens inside the store. I'm not saying I hate homeless people, but it's not nice that you smell so disgusting while you eat and that people do it to you??♂

This place was an absolute dump. Homeless people walking around, people, taking up tables and chairs to vape and charge their phones not buying any food. Everything was dirty, and they were extremely slow. Never again.
