You BETTER tip them well, or they will destroy your order!!!
Always Order Extra espresso Madagascar Latte but only get my order correct when I add an extra 2 dollars! If not, you get decaf!!! It's not like anyone even took my order! I used a machine! I gladly walk across the street to the VA to get my coffee now. I refuse to ever visit this store again! It's a shame because they sell some of my go-to's!

i feel so bad for the hospital staff that choose to eat here. the panera crew does not care about cleanliness & the food is not hot…

Food: cold soup, undercooked cookies. but they keep racks of baked products near the customers to cool. strange (kids play & ppl cough around there)
Service: don’t be surprised if no one is behind the counter for 10 minutes when it’s not even busy…
Atmosphere: sticky, dirty tables (nobody cleaned anything while i was there for an hour with family)

I usually enjoy Panera, but this location was a disappointment. The space felt dismal, dark, and cramped, with a poorly thought-out layout. The coffee was cold, and the sandwich, which is usually a highlight, was lackluster and unappetizing. Definitely not up to Panera's usual standards.

Ended up the ER because I ordered a Greek salad here yesterday that had the rind of an avocado at the bottom of my salad. Good thing I was already at the hospital when this happened. Apparently I am very allergic to avocados. Don’t trust this Panera if you have allergies.
They were quick and friendly. I really love their tomate soup

They say that are 24hrs but they don’t say that they are open JUST for the ppl that work at the hospital. I been trying to find the door to get in for 30 min, now I’m still hungry and tired.

You pay $10 or $12 dollars for Egg / Bacon Sandwich they give you a Slice of Bacon broke in half on sandwiche. Or they will crumble the bacon when you ask for EXTRA BACON. They have NO Jelly for your Bagel. NO Lemon for your tea.I was told that this Panera is individual own. As being a customer you need to do better for the money that's being spend you charge for Food and Drinks.I hope you take this In consideration for your customersSincerely Yours
