You pay $10 or $12 dollars for Egg / Bacon Sandwich they give you a Slice of Bacon broke in half on sandwiche. Or they will crumble the bacon when you ask for EXTRA BACON. They have NO Jelly for your Bagel. NO Lemon for your tea.I was told that this Panera is individual own. As being a customer you need to do better for the money that's being spend you charge for Food and Drinks.I hope you take this In consideration for your customersSincerely Yours
I used to eat here a lot late at night, if I wouldn't get sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning while homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a lovely home in Uganda-my home country. No one at all gave me a hard time while eating here(odd orders), my meals were always in order and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits except that the hospital always failed to keep the bathrooms well stocked with essentials like toilet seat paper covers and paper...
Good place. I can't eat most things of cause. They are helpful some try to rush you. I'm 66 years old and with a cane I still give a tip and those same people don't even say thank you. I should have been. 2 stars. So the next time you may not want to ask for more information. Thank you.
