I don't understand the point of this place. It is essentially a grab 'n' go kiosk. Decent selection of pastries to snack on. Sad selection of pre-made sandwiches and salads. There's no soup, no customization, nothing that makes this a "Panera" beyond the sign. It's fine if you want a sandwich instantaneously, instead of waiting 5 minutes like you would at one of the handful of other sandwich places there. (Terrible for breakfast)

This review is only for the cinnamon bun. I came into this Panera when it was close to closing time and being so there weren't that many items left in the display except for the sweets section. I decided to get the cinnamon bun and in fact I asked the cashier when they had these items delivered and she said that morning. This cinnamon bun didn't taste like it had been shipped that morning but thankfully I have a microwave and was able to heat it up to make the cinnamon bun a halfway respectable snack.

Probably the worst thought out panera of all time. Grab and go with no options and higher prices than regular menu. People are nice just a bad concept.

Super disappointing. You order at a kiosk, which makes one think that the food will be freshly prepared, as it is at a real Panera, but it's all just pre-packaged stuff. They don't offer most of the salads that are at other Paneras. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap, which was terrible. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken overcooked and underseasoned. I assume there was caesar dressing, but its flavor was gone and it was just empty calories. .

This isn't a real Panera. You can't get everything and the food that is offered is pre-made. The sad thing is that L'enfant Plaza has very few healthy options and this could have really been a money maker. Very disappointed.
Love it
