While our experience with the delivery driver was anything but pleasant, the manager of the restaurant was more than kind to make up for our poor experience.

I don’t know what these head in the clouds children are talking about. I came here Sunday 2/9/2025 at 5:48 and was greeted by eyes that could only be described as softly saying “you matter” and I felt that. Their pizza’s delicate soft yet well done bite secured that hypothesis in my minds eye and I will cherish these smiling hard working faces with everlasting joy. Thank you. Papa.

Ordered two times and never got the food, called them and they said they would be at my place in 2 minutes but no one showed up. My worst experience ever.
They are so slow one person for lunch rush
Ridiculously poor service, did not deliver all food ordered. After call, they stated that they would deliver the remainder, no one ever delivered it and I am unable to reach anyone after calling.
I was going to the subway station near this store, the manager, David was still available for customers even though his shift was over. Customer Service, goes a long way. My wife and son crushed the food. Dad for the win!
I need to give 5 stars for the manager Dave attempts to give me the best experience at his store. My pizza came wrong twice and he continue to offer me to re do it, and that is the mark of a business that value their customer. Thank you!
Fresh food and fast friendly service. I came in here one night after work and they were so kind ! Even walked to food to my car.
Our food could have been fresher. For $60 half of the pizza went in the trash because it wasn't as good as they advertise.

Crust is better than domino's but still tasteless. Thank God for the garlic sauce.
This place is unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. Poppa johns is my favorite pizza but I’d rather eat cardboard with cheese than deal with the staff at this location. Go somewhere else. They wanted to charge me more for getting less stuff on my pizza... crazy.
