Pizza tasted and looked like a frozen pizza like the one you buy from the grocery store. Wings came with no sauce on them just sauce squirted on them on top of that everything tasted disgusting never again will I order from here

Fast friendly service in a hunger crunch! Got a stuffed crust pepperoni which was good! No complaints. This was my first timeat a Papa Johns also.

Kat picked up the phone and assisted me with such patience and grace. John, the delivery driver, really tried to find my delivery address and even though it was frustrating still had good customer service. God bless him. Cynthia, the manager, has excellent customer service by the way she handled the situation. Thanks to this team. The food was great. The pizza wasn't cut very much though, but the food tasted wonderful. Thanks for feeding my kiddos and I.
The pizza was not only horrible but they didn't even cut it all the way thru. I paid over $15 for a pepperoni, sausage and six cheese pizza and they didn't even put the cheese that I requested on it. They moved from 3rd and H St. NW to 5th St NW. So don't be fooled! It's still them.

Ordered delivery and the food came pretty quickly and was hot and fresh. Maqueena was the delivery driver and was very friendly.

Papa Johns used to be my favorite. It's really gone downhill. 1-2 hour deliveries, soggy and cold pizza, and if you try to call the location, they put you on hold for 10-20 minutes and when they do pick up, they are incredibly rude. Go somewhere else. This location is just awful.
