They forgot some of my order and wasn’t gonna even notice it until I said something. Them ranches add up and they think because it’s small you won’t notice. If a costumer pays for something they should get it. Stop trying to short/ cheat people out of their Oder. The wings were very tiny! It seems like they only give/ get your order right if it’s through Uber eats or another delivery service. It’s your job to check orders and make sure your driver is checking orders and giving the costumers what they payed for. Stop trying to cheat/ short costumes in hopes they won’t notice! Cause I for sure did.

Wen u call you'll be asked to do a survey that lady fake smile friendly service but doesn't make sure people get extra cheese on there orders after u done gave her a 10 for excellent service. If u want extra cheese on your pizza without the sauce showing like holes this is not the place pizza was patchy and had regular amount of cheese I want to lift my pizza up and feel like I'm ordering from a winner not someone who didn't give me what I asked for now I have to go somewhere else

08/31/2024 This place is not to be trusted!! Absolutely disgusting service. The Jamaican or African woman who answered the phone, was incredibly rude while I called to resolve a matter. I haven’t ordered pizza in a very long time and figured, “why not get some Papa Johns”. The food arrived within 40-50 minutes of ordering it, cool. My food was tracked on the app, however, I could not see where the driver was on the app. The driver did not call upon arrival, the driver also forgot my soda which was $4, he looked confused as if “2Ltr Sparry” wasn’t printed on the receipt on the box. He then told me that he would bring it back. I waited for an hour for the deliver driver to bring my soda back, they never came. I ended up calling the restaurant back to explain that I never received my drink and was told that the driver would be back with it. After waiting another hour, I asked for a refund and was told that I could not get a refund, but instead, “credits” towards my next order. I will not be ordering here again, just because of this, so I asked if I could just simply get my refund. The Jamaican or African lady who answered was very rude and snappy towards me. She told me that she couldn’t refund JUST the soda (after I waited TWO hours for a 2 liter soda.. that I PAID for) but that she would have to do a full refund of my order. I simply explained that a full refund isn’t needed, the pizza was great, just wanted the refund for the soda that I never got. She caught a attitude with me, was very loud, hung up the phone, I called back and was put on a veryyy long wait, and then she answered again (laughing in the background) and I was told that my money was sent back to my card. After I tried to ask what card was it issued to, she hung up the phone. I would honestly expect this type of service from a PIZZA HUT or maybe even a DOMINOS.. but Papa Johns?? I would’ve never thought.
Save your money, save your taste-buds and your trust.. trust me, don’t order from here. I wish I had seen the 3-stars that this place has before I ordered from here. It explains the nasty, under-paid attitudes from the people that I spoke to on the phone tonight. Additionally, I will be working with corporate to have this place looked into.

I placed an order to a friends house and called to make some adjustments and they are the BEST!!!! Pankaj was so friendly and executed perfectly. Highly recommend!!!!!
Brought 1 Extra Large Pizza 5 toppings (10 slices) and 12 wings. I was given 3 cheese packets of cheese asked for more and was told it would be 25 cent each packet! My husband picked it up because if I did I would have requested a refund asap. We are a family of 4 and spend money on food no problem but dang y’all establishment hurting like that? but I would Never AGAIN! LEDOS PIZZA where you at (LOL)
This place deserves zero star ...workers are very rude ? they don't deserve to be in this beautiful city they should stay in
