Doing Uber and had a delivery pick up at this location. The guy this day cut the pizzas had a yellow bandanna on and matching hoodie. He didn’t say anything while walking up but just pointed. Then as I’m going back to the Uber app to tell him the name of the order he just walks away. I understand people might have a hard day at work but still provide good customer service. Snatching stuff. And all. Hated it

Didn't appreciate the wait on my first call but hunger is my driver to impatience so I'll be fair. It took a while, but my situation was a bit much. Given the circumstances good customer service when we connected. I love the food, but if my app didn't make this the only pizza reward I wouldn't give my business cause of the owner not the employees.

A simple lunch before meeting was all we wanted. One of our orders was a papa bowl vegetarian, I ordered online and customize the order removing the cheese. I received my order confirmation with the ingredients listed in the order details no cheese listed. We picked up the order get back to the office and there’s cheese in the vegetarian papa bowl! I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Todd who immediately began to debate with me rather than accommodate me as a customer and correct the incorrect item. He argued with me that cheese came in the bowl even though I told him that I unchecked the cheese options and it’s not listed in the ingredients on my order details. Very very rude, he demanded I bring the incorrect bowl back as well as a screenshot of the order details to confirm that we did not request cheese in a vegetarian bowl. Upon arrival I was not greeted we even apologize to for the inconvenience, he was rude and continue to debate even after seeing and confirming that there was no cheese listed in our order details. When I let him know that this experience was just a simple lunch before meeting that turned into something terrible which could’ve easily been resolved by treating me as a great customer rather than what he did. When I let him know I would be reaching out to customer care to share my experience and that I was also a Google reviewer he told me to do what I needed to do. Todd failed to provide any level of customer service and I would NOT refer this establishment anyone. The sad part about it was our food wasn’t even good!! Terrible service, horrible management, terrible food, don’t order from here if you want your food, hot and delivered with professionalism!

Ordered off über eats, delivery time kept changing then after an hour it said merchant cancelled the order, yet still been charged the full amount no contact information on uber eats, shocking service.
I come to this location all of the time! I have never had a bad experience. Service has always been stellar…employees are normally polite and food prepared promptly. HOWEVER….today was not the case. I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that I was told 15 minutes into my wait would be ready in 3 minutes. The young lady running the register was too concerned loudly sharing her story about someone who was stalking her at work rather than providing apologies to the 4 people that were waiting for the food. Back was full of people talking amongst themselves but no one seemed to care to address how long the wait was for food. Was not pleased.
