I ordered a large pizza and wings directly from the website for delivery from this location. I received confirmation at 8:09 PM with a 44 minute delivery expectation.
I tracked my order 45 minutes later and it was marked as delivered, so I contacted the store for an update. According to the employee who answered my call, the pizza was still en route even though it was marked as delivered. 30 minutes later, the pizza had not arrived, so I called the store again and was informed that the driver had three orders to deliver so he was delayed. That wouldn’t have been an issue had my order not been marked as delivered because I couldn’t accurately estimate the arrival of my order.
30 more minutes later, the pizza had not arrived and I called back to speak with a manager. The manager was unavailable and the same employee I’d spoken with earlier stated that she’d cancel my order and the refund would be processed within 5 business days. At 10 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver stating he’d arrived and I informed him that I canceled the order.
I contacted the store again to make sure the order was canceled since the driver still attempted the delivery. Without verifying my name or order number, the manager “confirmed” my order was canceled. When I questioned her confirmation based on limited information, the lady mentioned she was the assistant manager and knew for sure my order was canceled; however, she did not get a chance to contact the driver.
Out of the five calls I made to the store, there was never an apology for the inconvenience but there was plenty of attitude and irritation. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from Papa John’s and I’ll never attempt to order from this location again. If you’re considering it, order through Uber Eats or DoorDash instead.

I ordered two pizzas from this store on the app at 4:16pm. The estimated delivery was 46 minutes. At 5:33, I called the store to find out where the pizza was since the tracker said it had been delivered. The team member said it was on the way. I called again at 6:17, and then again at 6:54 and was told both times that it was still “on the way.”
At 6:56, almost three hours after placing my order, and two hours after my scheduled delivery, the delivery person arrived. With ice cold pizza. Way too late for me to eat it and get to bed on time. Beyond unacceptable. I want my money back.

Waited more than 45 minutes in the store past the estimated completion time, and almost a half hour past when the order was reported as completed in the app. Was told multiple times that it was ready, “five more minutes” and “they’re cutting the pizza right now,” to no avail. Would not recommend ordering takeout at this location.

This location is a joke! I visited this location again today and to my surprise, my food was not ready when I arrived.I placed an order online to save time.This is the second time this happened.This location is understaffed (1 person working) and very unprofessional.The young lady today seemed very agitated, overwhelmed and overworked.Her tone even gave attitude.If you can tell a customer “You gotta wait.I aint make it yet!” then she doesnt need to be there. This was said to another customer. People would like to order food w/ease & not attitude.
These people are so unprofessional..orders are never ready when I get there, the staff is loud and having inappropriate conversations and laughing abnostiosly, who the hell wants a strangers breath and spit particles baked in their pizza. I ordered over 45 minutes ago and I still haven't got a thing.
