I left work late Saturday night and stop to get some pizza I'm sorry can't member the gentleman name but he's tall with braids and his customer service was excellent along with the other employees. Also, the prices are fair and overall me & my wife enjoy the food I highly recommend their business. Thank you, all.

Customer service here is amazing the delivery drivers are polite and the food is 100% made with love I called and a Mr Raymond answered and was well educated on the menu that guy definitely has pride in his work ...I want all the staff over at 11th Street to keep up the great work

The staff is friendly and quick with service, and delivery is usually faster than expected. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Ordered a pizza for delivery - tracker said it was delivered approximately an hour later, but nothing arrived. Called to check the status well over an hour after the order was placed and was told the driver “couldn’t get in contact with me.” My phone number was available, and ai left instructions to call me, but there was no attempt to call me. Awful experience, and now I’m going to bed hungry. Don’t waste your time or money by ordering from this place.

Do not trust the papa John's app. I recieved a message saying my carryout order was ready. I arrived at the store 5 mins after I received the message. 5 minutes after that my order was ready. So a full 10 minutes after I received a message that my order was ready it was finally ready. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza. The good news is that it was hot amd fresh. The bad news is that the papa John's app cannot be trusted.
Unfortunately I took a look at reviews after ordered from this store. It took 2 hrs to get 4 pizzas. Ordered at 11:30am, at 12:45pm I called to check status of my order and manager told me that she doesn’t know exact time and I have to wait. I asked her to cancel my order and she just said “I got you” without any confirmation of address, order number or name and hang up on me. I got my order at 1:41pm right after I got food from other place. No refund, no apologies, no service!!! Never again!!!

I ordered a large pizza and wings directly from the website for delivery from this location. I received confirmation at 8:09 PM with a 44 minute delivery expectation.
I tracked my order 45 minutes later and it was marked as delivered, so I contacted the store for an update. According to the employee who answered my call, the pizza was still en route even though it was marked as delivered. 30 minutes later, the pizza had not arrived, so I called the store again and was informed that the driver had three orders to deliver so he was delayed. That wouldn’t have been an issue had my order not been marked as delivered because I couldn’t accurately estimate the arrival of my order.
30 more minutes later, the pizza had not arrived and I called back to speak with a manager. The manager was unavailable and the same employee I’d spoken with earlier stated that she’d cancel my order and the refund would be processed within 5 business days. At 10 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver stating he’d arrived and I informed him that I canceled the order.
I contacted the store again to make sure the order was canceled since the driver still attempted the delivery. Without verifying my name or order number, the manager “confirmed” my order was canceled. When I questioned her confirmation based on limited information, the lady mentioned she was the assistant manager and knew for sure my order was canceled; however, she did not get a chance to contact the driver.
Out of the five calls I made to the store, there was never an apology for the inconvenience but there was plenty of attitude and irritation. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from Papa John’s and I’ll never attempt to order from this location again. If you’re considering it, order through Uber Eats or DoorDash instead.
