I carry out pizza here once per year for a college class I teach. The man who has helped the past two years is friendly, organized, and helpful. I really appreciate his service.

Last night (5/18) ordered the XL BrookLyn pepperoni and 16 wings which was $48.37 including delivery fee. Tipped $5 plus the leftover from the $50 I gave the driver. Ate one slice of pizza and about 4 or 5 wings. The pizza taste greasy. Not sure if it's from the garlic sauce included in the box or the pizza itself. Stomach started feeling funny and I went straight to the bathroom after eating and had loose stool. This morning (5/19) I decided to eat another slice and 2 wings. Back to the bathroom after stomach feeling funny and loose stools. I will call management when they open to let them know.

Ok so I just spent $20 on some boneless buffalo wings and a Papadia. I go in to pick up my order and immediately notice my wings look NOTHING like the picture. It was like 10 wings had 2 teaspoonsvof buffalo sauce. When I asked the young man why this was. His reply was that corporate said to only give 3 stripes of sauce!!! I'm like what. He did add more sauce for me but it's the principle! Make it look at least half as good as the picture. The Papadia was cool. But them wings!!!! I can't get jiggy with this $h!t

The employee with the afro was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, unsanitary. Weighted over 10 minutes with the pie on the table for him to cut it into slices, he was dragging his feet, talking to his friend checking his tips, wiping off the counters while I'm still waiting for my food and then touching the food. He should NOT be allowed to run/be the sole employee at a place like this.

Pizza, boneless garlic wings and the cinnamon pull apart bread is to die for! I always get delivery and they almost always forget to soda. But always a thumbs up ?

Made order on Papa John website for delivery. They outsourced the delivery through DoorDash. Never received order called store to inquire. Said over phone they would refund and give me new order. Refused to refund money back or even give back tip that I had tipped on the original order that went to the DoorDash driver. Will never order from here again

Customer service has really improved the past several months. I don't know if a new manager is driving the improvements or if the drivers are. The past several times, they've really gone out of their way for me. I tip more now and I'm happy to because they do an excellent job. So wonderful!
They made the exact food with the perfect aroma and taste.

Not good business practice. The app said my pizza was deliver but it was not. I called to check on delivery status but no one picked up my call tried calling to speak with manager no one picked up I will not order from here again
