Twice in a row, they gave me small pizzas instead of mediums that I paid for. I measured to confirm. When I called, not even asking for my money back, just to politely communicate what had happened and wish them the best, because I know qa is a constant battle, they were not bothered in the slightest by what I reported. Neither person I spoke to identified themselves. And I spoke to two people because the first person just handed me off to a second person without saying a word about doing that. I just had to realize on my own the voice was slightly different. And they both clearly could not have cared less. I will not be ordering here again.

The employee with the afro was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, unsanitary. Weighted over 10 minutes with the pie on the table for him to cut it into slices, he was dragging his feet, talking to his friend checking his tips, wiping off the counters while I'm still waiting for my food and then touching the food. He should NOT be allowed to run/be the sole employee at a place like this.

Pizza, boneless garlic wings and the cinnamon pull apart bread is to die for! I always get delivery and they almost always forget to soda. But always a thumbs up ?

Made order on Papa John website for delivery. They outsourced the delivery through DoorDash. Never received order called store to inquire. Said over phone they would refund and give me new order. Refused to refund money back or even give back tip that I had tipped on the original order that went to the DoorDash driver. Will never order from here again

Customer service has really improved the past several months. I don't know if a new manager is driving the improvements or if the drivers are. The past several times, they've really gone out of their way for me. I tip more now and I'm happy to because they do an excellent job. So wonderful!

I've worked as a delivery driver for almost 2 years. What I did not like about working for this company was, I was basically getting robbed. I was always getting underpaid. I was working part-time but my paycheck was always at least $200 short. The assistant manager, Brent is a great guy, it's just I did not appreciate how little I was getting paid.

I understand places are short staffed right now but if I'm going to wait an hour and twenty minutes for a basic pepperoni pizza then it should at least show up hot not lukewarm and that's being nice.
