Papa Johns Pizza

I got my food delivered and the man did my order wrong and my food was burnt then I talked to the manager and they said they was going to replace my food but when I called the store 20 minutes later the man hit the bottom and said the store was close.

It was the first time I visited a papa jhons first time. It's just a pick-up branch. I have seen an add-on TV large pizza for 9.99$. When I ordered, he said it's online only deal. He didn't regard me and charge full price.
Pizza is always awesome, tasty,and cheesy fresh.. interior is zero, no music, or a boring place to sit.

I was in here 2 days ago and saw a rat running inside the restaurant. I’ll never return to location.

I only ordered here because the wing spot few doors down was my favorite just to see they are no longer there and a new wing spot is there. Anyway I ordered online came in stood at the glass for few didn’t want to be one of those customers who just comes in and is like HELLOOOOOO! So I waited I saw one girl getting her items together maybe toppings. So I was like hello 🙂. I heard a distant how are you doing. Waited some more saw a pink bun floating around watched her taking pizzas out the oven. So I waited some more and then lowered myself to talk under the glass I said hey I have a pick up order. No one said anything . I look to the left see a worker a man sitting in the cut on a tablet playing games!!! So I started knocking on the window this heffer said ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU I SAID THAT! I told her idk who you yelling at but I obviously ain’t hear you. So buddy gets off his game to finally come to give me the pizza I ordered.

I see why they have all that protection around them got nasty rude females poppin they gums knowing they can’t get affected…

Had three pizzas (large cheese, large meat pizza, and extra large Shaq-a-roni) as take-out for around $45 total. Tasted great👌. No tables inside though, just benches to wait for orders.

I don’t even know why I tried ordering from this place after 1 year and some months of not. EVERY TIME I order from this place it’s something. This was the only option late night as im sick and didn’t feel like cooking anything. The guy takes my card over the phone, and sends out his delivery driver yet nothing was delivered ( im a 3 minute drive away ?) and no one called me. That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is THEY STEAL FROM YOU! I’ve had 2 delivery drivers tip themselves what they see fit & it doesn’t help that the manager plays dumbfounded when you call to speak to him. Just go to Side Door Pizza in southwest… you don’t gotta worry about them stealing money from you cause they actually have a successful business.

I live right around the corner from this place and on 2 separate occasions they did not deliver my pizza. Kept saying someone was on their way but never showed up. This location sucks big time.
