Delivery didn’t arrive even though they said it did. Said they would replace it. Called 75 min later and they said DoorDash had it and they couldn’t contact the driver but I could. Still haven’t received my pizza. Been 4 hours since ordered.

TEAMWORK TALK while you have 2 people working at night on a busy day. This store is wants to maximize its profits at the expense of Dashers and its Customers . As a Dasher I Waited for the customer’s order for 30 mins. Came for another one a few hours later and waited for 40 mins. 1hr 10 mins NO income. This store has LITERALLY TAKEN FOOD FROM THE MOUTH OF MY CHILDREN.also got a negative review for one of this orders.

Worst Papa John's ever they will never get my money again. I ordered a pizza and some wings at 10:11pm and my order didn't arrive to me until 12:20 am a change of staff is highly recommend

DELIVERY: They will not deliver to your doorstep, you'd have to walk out to the street to get your food. Doesn't sound much like a delivery right? Especially after tips and the delivery fee. At that point I could've just got in my car and drove. This is my second time ordering delivery here and I've had the same driver that I've tipped both times that will not get out of the car and meet me half way at least. My building isn't far from the street, other deliveries have no issue.

PIZZA: Never hot and always undercooked and sloppy, some toppings have never been rotated in the make line and aren't always fresh. I worked in pizza before...Unfortunately anything within a 3 mile radius of this area is a complete fail.

I never got my order I placed I ordered at 8:00 it’s currently 12:10 and I still have no order I called at 9:00 to make sure they were still on the way because the order said delivered the two staff members that answered the phone the first one she said the system does that and he didn’t even leave the store yet so I waited patiently reached back out at 12:00 STILL WITH NO ORDER! The second employee that answered and told me he don’t see my order and there’s nothing he can do for me I so I’m out of 70$ and still no order thank you papa Johns on 4020 Minnesota ave NE ste 114 something needs to be done about this situation because this is unacceptable for buisness

Order was recently messed up really bad and two hours to b delivered cause of no drivers and didn't get extra stuff paid for and I think need to be investigated may spit on people's food because feedbck need corporate to check into workers especially women they don't care when saying sorry getting their driver fees etc no tip should be added messed up services

If I could give 0 star I would! Ordered at 7:14 pm and its 9:07 and my delivery never arrived . If you want to eat pizza, never order from this store! I called them and placed me on hold for 20 plus minutes and than told me they had to order for me ! Whatttt????

Order took over 1 hour to get to me. When I called they said sorry it will be 30
More minutes (3 min from my house). Pizza showed up 2 hours after I ordered it and checked on it 3 times. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Order placed online was NOT ready at designated pick up time! Lil mexican cashier was NO assistance and gave attitude when MY food wasn't ready. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

First. It makes no sense that a company will have a policy and not quote it over the phone. Like we don’t deliever to the door anymore so you have to answer your phone to get your food.

Second it makes no sense you force your employees to use their personal number when your policy was made for their “protection”. So where their protection for their personal number. They should have a work phone provided to them.

Third Cythnia if you gonna quote policy quote it correct. Don’t say it’s just DC on a call center and then say all stores on a call center. Because I called for Addison S location NOT Minnesota Ave. and if it was a call center they shouldn’t have confirmed I called the location I called.

It’s a higher up problem but Cynthia you attitude and your drivers. Stank face for having to do their job is what made it a problem. Learn to listen when people trying to tell you how to find their address.

Lastly i repeat give them work phones for delivery.

It is the worst branch that exists, never visit them, they have the worst service. You go to want to order and they never serve you, you talk to them and they ignore you, they should fire the manager.
