I would like to commend the young lady answering the phones at the Minnesota Ave, NE store. You went beyond the call of duty to assist me with ordering for my mom who lives in a senior building. You don't get good customer service from young people working so I am extremely appreciative.
I read the reviews on here and got nervous after I had already placed my order. Since I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail after lacing an online order I called to make sure they got my order, the young lady who answered was very polite and said my driver was leaving out and would be there shortly. The young lady who was the driver got to my house very fast and was also very polite. The pizza had slid to one side of the box, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Guess I caught...
I think people should really manage their behavior and expectations when going anywhere , ordered there for pick up a few days ago, and just now, both times the pizza was ready and perfect, the people that are working there don’t deserve all these bad reviews, and the girl that processed my payment the first time I went was super nice, learned today that her name is Ney, she is an asset such good energy too!
